Here's how. Note that it took Biden a win in the popular vote of 7 million votes to win a paltry 81,139 votes in four swing states.
IF he had won only by popular vote of, say, 3 million, Trump could have easily won the electoral college as he did against Hillary.

Given current demographics favoring rural states, which tend to be Republican, Republicans have the advantage. If Biden doesn't win the popular vote
by a substantial margin, Trump could be elected. This is the current state of affairs and is unjust, but unless we get Republican support to fix the problem,
we are stuck with it. Naturally, history shows that Republicans are no longer creatures of substance and morality, they will not favor what is just, they will favor whatever allows them to maintain power, regardless of public will.

Don't count on Biden winning big as he did last time, there isn't as much enthusiasm now as there was in 2020.

It proves that Putin doesn't care if it's a right or lefty, he'll invade when he sees fit.

Trump only served four years, and no attack during that time could have merely be circumstantial, having nothing to do with Trump.

Note that Putin wanted Trump in office because he perceived, given overtures by Trump admin, he could get sanctions repealed.

The conversation was later reported by U.S. intelligence agencies, and Flynn eventually pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about the contents of the call as part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

What would be the impact of those sanctions, if repealed?

Exxon, who has gas and oil exploratory rights over some 64 million acres of Russian land, the sanctions prevents this exploration. If lifted, it is estimated it would enrich Putin to the tune of some 500 billion dollars. Nothing like a murderous dictator bent on destroying America with an extra 500 billion big ones in his pocket, eh? Could this have been the reason Tillerson, the former CEO of Exxon, who was awarded Russia's highest civilian medal, the Order of Friendship, Russia's highest civilian state honor, could this be the reason that Tillerson was made Secretary of State? Hmmm? Crickets from Republicans.......zzzzzz!

Also, other sanctions limit the freedom of financial movement and access to foreign markets, restricting Putin, et al, freedom of movement in international banking system beyond Russia's borders, which for all the Russian Oligarchs, including Putin himself, forces him to deal only with Russian banks with an unstable Ruble. This is a tremendous limitation for international money launderers.

So, if there is a reason Putin didn't invade during Trump, it is NOT because he was 'better for America', he was, according to his perception, better for Putin.

And please, any argument that Trump implemented sanctions as 'proof' he was 'tough on Putin', the truth is he slow walked congressional sanctions for quite a while, and only caved under pressure from Republicans in the Senate, who at least understood their importance. The truth is that, if Trump had his way, he would have gotten rid of the sanctions.

For FFS, Biden told that joke often. It was meant as light hearted repartee and got laughs.

But, for Republicans, when Biden gives a joke, and it sounds like a joke, it gets laughs like a joke, it's to be taken literally.
