A major detail in a story published by The New York Times, which claimed Russian hackers influenced the 2016 election, may not hold up to scrutiny. The Times, citing unnamed intelligence sources piggy-backing off an article from The Washington Post, claimed a review by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) concluded with a high level of certainty that Russian agents breached both the Republican National Committee (RNC) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

However, while we could not confirm a formal and thorough CIA review, People’s Pundit Daily did confirm that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) conducted a probe into a potential breach at the RNC following the initial DNC hack and subsequent leak last summer.

However, multiple FBI sources told PPD the Bureau was “unaware of any successful RNC hack” after more than three weeks of investigations.

And note the "RNC cooperated" as opposed to the DNC which did not.

Which was a lie and she should have been charged with perjury. She carried multiple devices.

In total she tried to destroy the 30,000 emails and she illegal transferred and stored classified information within them on that unsecured unapproved outside server, a felony.

You are wrong. It's illegal if it comes from a foreign country & it benefits any candidate involved in an election. Just accepting it is illegal for the candidate. Trump did accept that help from Russia in 2016, & he's guilty of collusion. He's guilty by having his representatives meeting with them in his tower, regardless of the outcome. He's also guilty because he lied about that meeting & tried to hide it & its purpose. He's also guilty because he called for Russian help publicly during the campaign. Both collusion with Russia & obstructing the formal investigations into it, make Trump far more deserving of impeachment than Bill Clinton ever was. The Republican response to all this is a disgrace & a historic black mark on American history.

Mueller gave lots of strong evidence in his report showing Trump & his clan obstructing the work of the Mueller report itself. But there's continuing obstructionist activity by Trump & his team against the current Congressional investigations. One doesn't have to look hard to find obstructionist activity by Trump. But one does have to possess an open mind in order to appreciate the magnitude of what those acts mean for American democracy. Trump doesn't do ANYTHING FOR AMERICA. Trump only works for Trump. You should have taken this up with Peter Strzok and Robert Mueller before the report was completed. Perhaps they may have charged the President with a crime.

They couldn't due to DOJ policy. Mueller said in his public statement that the DOJ policy prevented him from EVER CONSIDERING charging Trump, regardless of what his investigation found. Mueller said the only ones empowered to remove the President was the Congress.

 

Keep in mind, the military offensive to get rid of ISIS were formulated during the Obama administration, not Trump's. ISIS was almost defeated before Trump entered the White House. Trump just had to finish mop up operations.
