    'I thought Black lives mattered?' Mayor Eric Adams slams the activist movement over New York City crime (msn.com)

    “If Black lives matter, then the thousands of people I saw on the street when [George] Floyd was murdered should be on the streets right now stating that the lives of these Black children that are dying every night matter,” Adams said. “We can’t be hypocrites.”

    Sorry to tell you, Eric, but black lives only matter when there are police involved. When it's black kids shooting other black kids, they don't care. Black lives do matter, just not to other blacks...

    Not to mention the dozens of black people killed and/or seriously injured during their burning of the country.

    It's got nothing to do with lives. Only money and power.

    The lesson here is that black lives only matter to white liberals when they can be channeled as a weapon against society. Adams is putting a real voice to that lesson.

    They don't even do the second step to that.

    You look at any place in the US that has a majority black population, and it is run by black Democrats.

    They don't give a damn about the people living there.

    And white people are not allowed to talk about it publicly. If they do, it’s “racist, condescending, and showing their white privilege”, so they don’t do it. Even black leaders get criticized as being “the black face of white supremacy.”

    So I will commend the mayor for having the courage to speak up.

    While I think he has his heart in the right place, Adams is a little over optimistic and way out of touch. When has blm ever helped black people?

    What does that have to do with anything? They're in it to allow more crime. Their actions have caused more criminal activities and more black deaths. They don’t care about black lives
