    I think he was waiting to shoot you, as cops stake out everyone who posts here. (What? NOTHING's private on the Interent my boy) He was countermanded by the lizard men though. I think the time traveling Kenyan witch doctors know that as a conservative, God has given you a Special Destiny

    A lawyer will tell you that, for example if you get into a car accident, it is never wise to say anything about what happened, even if you believe you did nothing wrong, because whatever you say could potentially be used against you.

    You can't fool the liberals.

    They all know for sure that if you would have punched

    the cop and broke his nose and then tried to take his gun

    away, he would have just laughed it off because you're white.

    The liberals are way to smart for this trickery.

    Where I live they're frequently standing out in the middle of the street for no reason, apparently just "chillin" and this is a major thoroughfare, mind you. Doesn't mean they ought to be shot though. I think it's due to the fact that many of them don't have air conditioning and it's always a few degrees cooler about 20 feet from the building, along with the fact they're really familiar with the traffic patterns and confident they won't get hit. Pity the drivers aren't, I guess.

    You should seek professional help before this gets out of control. It first starts stepping out of the crosswalk and eventually you hate sidewalks and start walking down the middle of streets thinking you are above the law.

    No no, we must completely investigate this situation to find the absolute truth. (it's the birther way)

    I demand Donald Trump send a team to investigate this claim of "jay walking"!\

    See, already, the "official story" changes, first he wasn't issued a ticket, but a warning citation, now, he hasn't been issued a citation at all.

    And a warning is not a citation,regardless of the OP unless he has to appear in court!

    Your singular experience or incident 'today', in no damned way accounts for persistent trends and troubles which MANY (not just a remote few) Black Americans experience... and can be 'statistically' supported.

    Even so, I'm happy for you that you weren't handed a big fat ticket... that would have cut into the funds for your "Starbucks" treat.

    The fact that blacks(not just a remote few) are more likely to be involved in criminal activity per capita can be 'statiscally' supported too...so what is your point?

    You don't sound happy that he did not get a ticket. :blankstare:

    I used to travel the Phoenix twice a week on business. I am dark skinned Portuguese and look a lot like a Latino or Arabic persons. Having a California license plate on my car didn't help either. I was pulled over several times for various reasons (rolling stop and such). Each and everytime Arpaio's deputies were friendly and polite......as long as I was. How hard is it really to simply be civil as the cop does his job.

    ...and they will loot "in your memory," pillage "in your memory," burn buildings "in your memory," lie about what happened "in your memory,"...throw stuff at the cops & firemen trying to regain control and put out the fires "in your memory," and in general, just act like ignorant savages...all "in your memory,"

    Oh...it's even better if it can be said that your were trying to get your GED. We have no clue how it would help you or what you planned to do with it, especially since you've been arrested 13 times in the past 6 years and have done time in prison & jail, but it seems to carry some weight when folks are doing stuff "in your memory."

    Oh no, in the OP, he states this, and I quote:

    He was issued a warning citation, therefore in order to corroborate his claim, he has to upload this along with live testimony from the issuing officer that this event did happen, otherwise it's hogwash.

    From what I've read, Brown wasn't just JayWalking across the street....but he and his friend was walking in the middle of the street blocking traffic. He was being a problem well beyond not finding a crosswalk.

    Do you think they should be allowed to Rob Rape and Pillage at will?

    Do you think they are above the law?

    Is it Racist to expect them to obey the law?

    I wish there were a program where a person of your slant could ride with

    the police for a month or so and see what they have to put up with.

    In the end, all anyone has to do to get along with the police

    is just obey the law and don't give them any Sheit if they ask you a question

    or tell you to do something. Easy as pie unless you're a punk.
