    Anyone heard anything new about that mysterious plume about fifteen months ago? Was it Chinese? Any guesses?

    It was a plane on a normal path. It was just a media beat up. Go outside in the same location any day of the year and you will see the exact same thing and if the sun is at just the right angle and glinting off the plane it will look any better.

    Vandeerberg AFB often does testing, sometimes they notify the public and sometimes they don't. The GoldStone Tracking facility in the Mojave also has some very secret stuff going on. I have no clue what it is, but I do know they have armed patrols all over that area. No tresspassing is a seirous thing for them.
