Money is a representation of value. It's not value. You can't take all the money in the world, put it in a pile, and expect it to represent the same value to everyone. Taking it away from the individual strips it of the value it represented.

You can't take all the inches in the world and pass them out equally because height is unequally distributed. You can't take all the money in the world and pass it out equally for the same reason.

Money is unequally distributed because value is unequally distributed. Value is subjective. It's all in your head. You can't force someone to value differently by taking away their representation of it.

 

No, what they would end up with is a different system of representing value. A house with $900,000 worth of value still has the same value if you take all the money in the world and burn it. The token you use to define that value may change, but the value is still the same.
