Good to see someone who has a grasp on the truth. The problem the White Working Class is that the Republican Party Big wigs fear them. The big boys know their interests and the interests of the White Working Class are different. The White Working class is not interested in smaller government or tax breaks for the rich. The White Working class is not interested in 'cheap labor' which only makes the rich richer. The White Working Class is opposed to allowing illegal immigrants come in and take jobs. The White Working Class wants the ability to send their children to college. The White Working Class is sick and tired of the liberal media portraying them as racist, gun loving rednecks who pose as much danger to America as muslim fanatics. The White Working Class is fed up with the federal government coddling Negroes and refusing to deal with drugs and crime in our big cities. The White Working Class is extremely pissed about allowing more third world immigrants into America than European immigrants with skills and similar cultural traditions. and so on and so forth.....The White Working Class must form its own party...the republicans are doomed for the dustbin of history.
White people who think from the front part of their brains don't want to be bothered trying to keep non-whites from making progress, and do not wish to see them left to starve or take sub-standard wages during an economic downturn because it hurts all of us by suppressing wages and prevents recovery. Sorry, but turning working class whites and minorities trying to enter the labor force against each other does not work when people actually think about what the Greedy Old Perverts are trying to do to us.

Its called forward-thinking and planning ahead. Roughly 40% of younger voters are not white. And with immigration demographics will likely change even more.

Being the largest group, whites have the widest variety of viewpoints and subcultures, so it's literally impossible to appease all or probably even most of them. Minorities actually are a bit more predictable in many cases. I'm not saying this makes them less intelligent, but stereotypes exist as a result of more easily recognized patterns. It's just a matter of numbers. If white people were only 10% of the population, they'd be easier to predict after gathering enough information on them. So, in effect, marketing to minorities is easier and oftentimes has a bigger payoff (proportionately) in electoral terms.

Mestizo. They're not white. I have never in my life met a white hispanic and I live in Texas of all places so I think I know a thing or two about latin americans.

I didn't say white mexicans didn't exist. I said mexicans aren't white. Just like americans aren't white. 12% of the mexican population are whiter than me, but the vast majority of those are wealthy and/or have family in mexican politics. To clarify my context, what I was referring to, is that illegal mexican immigrants are not white. (which regardless if I'm speaking in absolutes is true, the vast majority of illegal mexicans are mestizo. meaning half native and half white and often more of one or the other)

Why don't all whites vote GOP? Could be that the intelligent ones have seen the failure of "Trickle Down". Could be that the intelligent ones believe defense spending is not more important than investing in children's education. Could be that the intelligent ones believe the quality of our air and water is more important than the number of houses a CEO owns. It is lazy to assume that the color of one's skin dictates our priorities.
Because the vast overwhelming majority of the whites you speak of, regardless of political leanings, find racism to be abhorrent, and will rightfully punish racism in politics. There is no place in our governance for racial favoritism, because we are all supposed to be treated equally under the law.
