Attacking and persecuting Muslims is called Islamophobia and attacking Jews is called anti-Semitism, though that tends to refer to ethnicity rather than the religion of Judaism. If you want to find someone criticizing Judaism, try your local synagogue. No one criticizes Judaism more than Jews do. I can't think of one for Christians, but attacking and persecuting Christians isn't really a thing in English speaking countries -- there's only Christians who cry foul any time their ideas are criticized or scrutinized.
