Ole Sergio enjoys the United States so much he has returned TWENTY TIMES following deportations. Sergio moved to Portland about three years ago, AND HE HAS BEEN ARRESTED IN OREGON 13 TIMES.Sergio can’t seem to decide what line of criminal activity best suits him. His criminal record includes burglary, battery, theft, hit & run, reckless driving, possession of meth, multiple instances of escape, reckless endangerment and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He has been jailed in Oregon and California.

There is nothing to sue them over. Immigration is federal law enforcement. Local municipalities are not required to enforce federal law, only state law.

The only thing a sancuary city does is NOT blindly arrest all brown people.

That means their police have some time and money to arrest criminals like this rapist. This means someone who may be an illegal still can point out criminals to police and can testify against these rapists without being arrested and deported first.

If this guy has been deported 20 times with having a string of crimes already, what the hell is our federal immigration and AG doing?

There is NO location in the USA, no matter how Right Wing or Trumpish that goes not go ahead and ignores illegals, when it suits to their particular wants, usually getting to have cheap labor to enrich themself.

Every city in America is a sanctuary city. Including Trump, although he and his family are working to make their own businesses have their exceptions to allow cheap foreign endercut American labor.

 

Numerous arrests in the US coupled with 20 deportations should raise a few flags at any level of government. The locals f'd this up by not contacting the feds to protect their local citizens...

You spectacularly miss the salient point. Had this yahoo been jailed for his continued contempt of our immigration laws and deportation orders he wouldn't have raped these two innocent women and the police wouldn't have had to expend time arresting him.

You simply ignore the fact that this rapist and Kate Steinle's killer had been arrested and deported numerous times........and had been in the custody of 'sanctuary city' police departments which simply needed to turn them over to ICE. Instead they chose to release them back into society.........the murder of Kate Steinle and these rapes are placed in front of you leftist liberals and you refuse to own up to the devastation foisted upon these victims and their families by insane policies.......pathetic

Con artists love sanctuary cities/states that do not crack down on lawbreaking employers who hire undocumented workers, like Crooked Donnie.
If an undocumented worker breaks the law, then arrest his employer as well. No more sanctuary for lawbreaking employers.
