Illinois judge says 14th Amendment bars Trump from 2024 primary ballot

"Caught committing a crime" is kind of funny in relationship ton this thread. He didn't "get caught committing" a crime that never happened. A lot of people rioted on January 6, Trump was not one of them. The 14th Amendment doesn't apply the President and never has. The history and judicial precedent are pretty clear on that. The people trying to keep him off the ballot by inventing a new way to interpret the 14th Amendment against the intent of its authors and against recent Supreme Court precedent were most definitely weaponizing the system against him. Just because you call someone a "stain" doesn't mean he loses he is a second class citizen whose rights you are free to violate like some fascist despot.

All Minorities programs are being ravaged by illegals
Blue cities like New York, are looking a 4 billion to take in 55,000 illegals over their own citizens with tens of thousands more on the way

And the worst part of all of this, the abuse that has been released against a former president, (Which Republicans will repeat, Guaranteed)

Judge Porter was sworn into office on November 12, 2021. Judge Porter currently sits in the Traffic Division in the Richard J. Daley Center in downtown Chicago, where she presides over minor traffic violations and Class A Misdemeanor matters.

You do realize that if people with power accused you of those same things, and repeated it enough, that a great many people would either choose to believe it or forever suspect it, and taint your image forever?
Things don't have to be true to suck in the people who can't keep order in their own minds, can't think for themselves. It's actually easier to sell them snake oil than getting them to accept legitimate facts, because the elements of human weakness can be played against such people with ease- by those who lack a moral compass and self-respect.
