Your humble opinion is worthless. His best defense, and the one he and his legal team are obviously pursuing (and is likely to succeed with), is to show that this was a clear-cut case of self defense.

The pedo definitely started the assault. Pedo charged at Kyle (and continued to pursue him as Kyle was attempting to evade him) and threw a bag of something at Kyle. The fact that the pedo throws like a girl does not negate his assault on Kyle.

of course my opinion is worthless

    guess what??

    you opinion is also worthless..

we are just 2 guys on the internet

one of us sees rittenhouses actions and sees the result as facts

the fact is a child was allowed to roam the streets with a loaded rifle and he killed 2 people

    the above cannot be disputed

..the other makes excuses and claim self defense

self defense is when a person is afraid for their life

    maybe it was self defense??

    BUT

rittenhouse, being a child, it would not take much to scare him

maybe a fully grown, trained police officer would have reacted differently

that is why he never should have been allowed to roam the streets with a firearm

again.. the adults that allowed rittenhouse to be a vigilante are more guilty than he is

we can only both hope justice is served in the trial and all the guilty who participated are brought to justice

Children, little old ladies, handicapped people, and every other class of people that might require less of a threat to fear for their life than a "fully grown, trained police officer" still have the right to self-defense. Their more-limited ability to confront a threat does not curtail their right to self defense. The question that will be put to the jury is whether Kyle reasonably feared for his life. Here are the jury instructions that his jurors will receive:

Kyle did a great job defending himself. Any delusions of him being a nazi are projections. Great job Kyle, we need more people like him showing the level of restraint he did.

I agree. referring to rittenhouse as a nazi is not appropriate

    BUT

referring to Rittenhouse as a child is appropriate

he should be tried a a juvenile and was technically a child when he killed 2 and injured another

those deciding his fate should consider the fact he was a child at the time of his crime and the adults in his life are who should be charged with a crime with no leniency

rittenhouse should receive leniency because he was a child at the time of the crime

The person who assaulted him pursued him through the streets without legal cause, charged up behind him and began a struggle over the weapon he was carrying. The cause for this was rittenhouse using a fire extinguisher to put out a dumpster fire the man he ended up shooting and others were rolling towards a gas station with people in it. That's not legal cause to pursue rittenhouse through the streets, or to try to have any form of physical contact with him.
    Full stop.

His best defense is to stand on legal self defense

Please attempt to stay on topic rather than try amateurish attempts at deflection. Rittenhouse acted within the law as regards self defense, his assailants did not, ergo he's going to walk those charges.

Just curious, what crime do you think "the adults in his life" should be charged with?

    child endangerment ..

adults gave him a weapon and allowed him to roam the streets ..

a kid with a gun is a dangerous

    rittenhouse proves the above

did rittenhouse know assailant was a pedophile?? was the pedophile gonna give it to him right there in the middle of the street ??

nobody is defending the victims. maybe they should have been shot.. but a 17 year old child is not the person to make that decision

Doesn't need to, felonious assault still allows self defense.

"the adults in his life" IE his mother and father, didn't give him the gun. A friend did. So at best you can tag that guy, but its a stretch.

Just calling them "victims" is a form of defending them. They were attackers. Each one of them was attacking Kyle when they were shot.

As noted previously, most of this post is wrong. First off, Kyle's attackers were the ones that endangered him, not "the adults in his life". The friend that gave him the rifle enabled him to defend himself from his attackers. Morally, the man deserves a medal IMHO. And hopefully the take-away from this, at least for would-be assailants, is that attacking people in the street is dangerous. Don't do it. You might get shot.

Calling a pedophile who attacked a minor a "victim" is defending the pedophile.

Well when you attack a 17 year old and he is armed you are making him be that person to make that decision. Its cause and effect. the pedophile attacked Kyle and the effect was he got shot for his efforts..

He defended himself so a murder charge or anything similar is completely inappropriate. Him being young does not remove his right to self defense. He would be dead had he not done what he did.

A 17 year old whom is being attacked is exactly the person to make that decision. What a foolish position to hold to think otherwise.

You don't get to say when that nazi was fearful and when not.
    Wikipedia:
Rittenhouse's attorneys say he acted in self-defense upon hearing firearm discharge

And you don't get to say when he was fearful as well. He ACTED in self defense after the gun shot.. but he was running because he was fearful from the pedo.. that's why he was RUNNING.. unless your trying to say he was just out for a jog? Lol

Welp! Sounds like the jury is going to decide whether Kyle was defending himself or on a murderous stroll.

Wonder what they will decide. I love a good drama!

All you're doing now is making a personal attack,... and distracting.
The kid simply is a nazi, and you know perfectly well why that nazi is actually a nazi.

The nazi turned around, and pointed his gun... before the pedo charged.
The nazi did that, because he heard a gunshot. The attorney of the nazi confirms this.

go source that this is assault.
