Is Biden impeachable? Article IV of the Constitution states that, “The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.” There is no state that does not have a republic form of government, and no state legislature has asked for quelling domestic violence. However, Biden has totally ignored his explicit constitutional obligation to protect the states from invasion. Worse he abets the invaders and does so at the peril of the security and peace of the United States. Bear in mind that invasion as the framers meant it was not exclusive to a military assault but just as much included massive incursion and trespass by large groups. He is clearly in egregious violation of his constitutional duties which in this case he can and is expected to carry out entirely on his own. While the Constitution lists four specific grounds for impeachment the underlying premise is a president totally violating the trust of the people. Pretermitting an explicit constitutional obligation and duty is clearly a violation of the public trust obligation, and that is clearly a high Misdemeanor, and Biden should be impeached on this ground alone. Many others have suggested he be impeached for violating his obligation to ”take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed” (Article II). He obviously has violated this clause in spades but it strikes me as difficult to prove given that the loose phraseology of “take care” would be something impossible to pin down in an impeachment or its trial or any trial. It seems more like the fairytale impeachments the House went through with Trump, and I would not be in favor of it. However, the above idea could be a somewhat easy but perfectly legitimate and proper way to get rid of this sorry sack of a president.

Federal Code, USC 1324a, makes it a crime to do any of the following: To invite, encourage or assist in any way, any person attempting to enter the US illegally. To aid or assist any person who is the US illegally, to harbor them, transport them. There's a lot more, but the above clearly provides the basis for thousands of counts of each of those violation are now applicable to Joe Biden. Grounds for arrest, prosecution, conviction, sentencing. Of and of course..... more than legitimate grounds for impeachment.
If it were that simple former President Trump could have been impeached for the same thing...and Obama...and Bush ...and Clinton, well you get the idea.

If the Republicans take back the house next year, they're free to impeach Biden charging him with whatever. The Constitution states impeachment for Treason, Bribery, or other high crimes and misdermeanders. Who decided what a high crime or misdermeander is? Why the House of representatives. Biden could be brought up on charges of spitting on the sidewalk if the house considers that a misdermeander. I wouldn't worry about it, if the GOP retakes the house I'm positive Biden will be impeached if for no other reason then the Democratic controlled house impeached Trump twice. Now the charge or charges won't read that for the reason for impeachment. It will be some other charge/s. Then the senate as it requires 2/3rds vote for removal will aquite Biden just as the senate did twice for Trump. I have no doubt whatsoever that if the GOP regains control of the house, Biden will be impeached on whatever charges the house dreams up. It's call political payback, even revenge which always seems to happen.

No, but Trump was definitely impeachable, hence it being impeached twice. Well, so far, the American Rescue Bill, and now the Infrastructure Bill, a BFD bill the likes of which hasn't been matched since Eisenhower's highway project. All achieved within the first year, and now the BBB Bill is on the horizon, these would be major accomplishments for any president during his first year. I'd say he's one of the better presidents to come down the pike.
One would think Biden would also be held accountable for allowing those infected 20% into our country and any Americans that die from the exposer to those infected as he jets them around the US... From personal experience the administration is putting these infected/uninfected illegal invaders up in hotels around the US. They are getting federal benefits and assistance whether you want to admit it or not... who feeds them now that they are here?
