Exactly. The D's rewrote the whistleblower rules to eliminate the requirement of first hand knowledge and the whistle blower complaint was obviously pre written by a lawyer and not a retired CIA agent.
You mean it was discredited AFTER it proved "no collusion." Hahahaha. Dream on. No...but if the Russians were shown NOT to have interfered in our elections, then there would be no justification for the sanctions implemented for that reason. He can't repeal them until the report is totally discredited. This is just laying the groundwork. On the Ukraine being unaware of the "temporary delay," possibly. But according to a former aide of the current President of Ukraine, this morning, it was common knowledge that Trump was looking for a Ukrainian-Clinton connection and evidence that that was the election interference and not the Russians. The former prosecutor Shokin seems to have been pro-Russian and his deposition to an Austrian court is in support of a pro-Russian Ukrainian businessman, being held by the Austrians for extradition to the U.S. on various corrupt financial transactions (google Dmitry Firtash).
Hahaha...the rewrite was supposedly just done a few months ago. Correct me, if I'm wrong, but I am under the impression that Trump has been President and head of the Executive Branch of government since January 2017. In that capacity, he's appointed ALL of the leadership in that Branch. So, who rewrote the rules?
The Mueller Commission was a joke from day one. The entire basis for the investigation was the Dossier which was completely discredited long before the Mueller Commission was initiated. The sanctions on Russia are based on many things including attempts to influence our election. Trump was interested in finding out more about corruption in the Ukraine under the last corrupt government which capitulated to Biden's bribe. Shokin was investigating Trump's son and why his son was paid $600,000 a year to sit on the board of a Ukranian natural gas company.
So you knew that the Obamanomics policies would produce the worst recovery from a recession in history. Good on you.
That's even worse. The deep state is in action again to impeach Trump. And the D's are complicit. Who changed the rules and why ??
The Mueller Report scarcely mentioned the Steele Dossier. Outside of its use in obtaining the FISA warrant on Carter Page, I am not aware that it was also used for other reasons connected to the investigation. The "dossier" has been used by Republicans as the "centerpiece" of the investigation, because its origin can be traced back to the Clinton campaign's contracting through GlobalFusion for opposition research. The are various sanctions on Russia for various reasons. The two largest groups of sanctions are for their annexation of the Crimea and support of Ukrainian ethnic Russians fighting in Ukraine's eastern provinces. The sanctions I am referring to are those imposed by Obama in December 2016, for election interference. There was no Biden "bribe." If you or Trump has evidence of such, then turn it over to DoJ for an investigation and they, not Trump's personal attorney, will make the investigatory decision. Shokin is a pro-Russian Ukrainian ousted for his connections to the pro-Russian President and his regime. His statement/desposition was given to a Austrian court to assist Dmitry Firtash escape Austrian extradition to the United States for fraudulent financial activities. Firtash was also associated with corruption in the Yanukovych regime. Yanukovych, who fled Ukraine in its second civil war, now lives in Moscow.
And, how did the House Democrats change the rules for the Whistleblowers Protection Act, without the approval of the Senate?
Do you have one single scintilla of evidence that they were? Your assertion, your sole burden of proof, my friend.
The entire FISA warrant stream was based on the Dossier which is a collection of completely false foreign “intelligence”.
The change was made in September of this year right before the whistle blower report. The change was made by hold overs from the Brennan years. The IG is about to release the investigation of the Mueller report. They will be al over this fine example of the continuing progressive attempt to remove Trump which will blow up in their faces.
Sorry...that doesn't fly either. His own people are now running the departments and agencies. They would have to approve the changes. After almost three years in office, unless you want to start naming people Trump has hired and fired as members, the Deep State argument is running pretty thin.
And, exactly who were these "hold-overs" who could slip these changes in without their Trump appointed bosses knowing about it? They should be relatively easily identified.
So, that would be a "no," with a heaping spoonful of Glenn Beck chalkboard diagram conspiracy theory...
