    You have some problems. You aren't happy as earlier Chechnya was destroyed. You aren't happy as Chechnya is now restored. Such laser show as in Chechnya - in Lithuania will be possible in hundred years. :wink:

    even i Feel sorry for ordinary Muscovites form central Muscovy how many laves could be saved for 1 billiard? by the way i hope you understand that at least 70% of those money were stolen by Kadyr and his friends ? ps what Stalin ´d do to a leader of a soviet republic if this person ´d spend 1 billiard for a fountain in a wartime? ...

    Sure, Kadyrov and Co maybe have stolen even more money from this billion. In Stalin time Kadyrov would be in GULAG. This is actually, one positive thing about Stalin-such thieves would have been immediately punished.

    Chechnya is make by the tourist region of the country. Better let tourists go there but not terrorists:wink:

    PS: Soon means to Grozny will invest from around the world as in Dubai:cool:

    Why tourists would want to go to Groznui? There is nothing to see there as I told before apart from modern buildings. No sea. No ski resort. Nothing.
