"In many Islamic countries rape VICTIMS are TORTURED unless they agree to marry him"

In many Islamic countries women who get raped are tortured or killed unless they agree to marry their rapist.
This is because Mohammad wanted that, because he said that if you don't have FOUR pious Muslims male witnesses that it's not rape, and therefore you just admitted to adultery, and adultery is punishable by torture or death (according to the Islamic texts.)

Questions:
1. We care about all women (including Muslim women of course), so would this be a great cause for women's rights groups like N.O.W. to tackle? If not, is it because they don't care about Muslim women?
2. If you say "no" to #1, please tell us WHAT is a greater crime against a women than this for women's rights groups to spend their precious time on. Seems like getting tortured/killed for GETTING raped would be the biggest crime against women.....or at least this LEGAL FORCED MARRIAGE, like this clearly is?
