    I'd probably say Romney if I was asked. Not that I believe Romney had anything to do with it. Sometimes stupid questions deserve stupid answers. It appears that GWB put in place the mechanisms responsible for locating the dude. They came came to Obama and said "we found him you want us to kill him." It seems that pretty much all Obama did was say "sure", which doesn't seem like a real tough decision to make.
