Ukraine is reportedly failing India with upgrades to its An-32 transport aircraft. At least five planes have allegedly gone missing in Ukraine. Meanwhile, work on Indian soil has been halted after Ukrainian engineers were pulled out. The Indian Air Force sent 40 An-32s to Ukraine to be upgraded at the Kiev-based state-owned Antonov plant under a 2009 service contract. But the last five of them have become untraceable, an Indian Air Force official told Defense News. The plane case is just another symbolic proof of the majority of corruption in this country. And it has nothing to do with nowadays war there. Ukraine was extra -corruptive since it's early independence day. I think it's the main reason of all their problems. Nowadays they are inviting actively foreigners as ministers or advisors. I think ukraine government shoul ask China for some help in lawmaking.
What's going on with the planes? They were probably stolen, but then again the whole country has been stolen....if not by the mafia, then by the American corporations.
