To me, it looks like a kid in schoolyard asking his bully not to punch him in the face because he doesn't want to answer inconvenient questions upon returning home.

I don't know how much of a big deal it is, but I'm old enough to remember the days when Trump was criticized for every handshake he made with Putin and every small compliment he gave him.

Now Biden organizes the whole summit tete a tete with Putin and begs him not to attack 16 targets. What are those targets? Another toilet server? And what will happen if Putin doesn't listen?

 

All these Bidets fawning over this meeting, what did Bidet gain for the USA?

 

He made us look like punks. Putin isn't the president of hacking, people can and will do things on their own. Biden looked like a dementia patient.

 

It's funny as hell how the left thinks Putin was being genuine in his 'praise' of Bidet.

Without know what is and isn’t on the list it seems difficult to get a full picture here. This strikes me as setting some kind of ground rules à la Geneva Convention. Seems like we might be ramping up for a full on cyber war with Russia.

 

What it would look like? Each side publishes on Wikileaks dirty secrets it managed to hack from unprotected servers?

 

What about Xi Jinping? Do you think Chinese hackers act on their own as well?

 

If I had to guess, probably cyber attacks on infrastructure and public services. Maybe airing the other’s dirty laundry as you’ve suggested. Don’t know exactly. Can’t say I’m an expert.
