The intelligence of the American people needs to be boosted, because the US is lagging behind heavily in the tests. This is terrible, considering that the US is still considered the greatest country in the world. I propose hiring military sergeants to whip some sense into the kids.

Certainly the average intelligence here of American contributors leaves a deal to be desired .
More worrying is the total lack of sophistication -- as a general remark . The level of Racism against Jews and Muslims is disgraceful and distasteful .
The Moderators are simply lacking the will to do a good job in this area .
For me there is a huge gulf between the Canadians and the Americans . In comparison , the Canadians seem so much brighter , more laid back , with a hint of humour and well informed .
It has pleasantly surprised me .
It might be that the sample size is unrepresentative and that the younger American just out of high School is a bit feral and lacking in wide ranging social experience and social graces . But Why?
    Very puzzling and worrying .

The US I think spends more than any country in the US on public education yet they rank about 48th internationally in science and math.

In the US, they are more concerned about kids watching Al Gores "Inconvenient Truth" and reading "Jennifer has Two Mommies" while learning to place rubbers on bannanas than they are actually "learn'en" them to read and write.

Oops, sorry, some of my American anti-enlightened intellectualism inhibits me from using proper grammer at times.

Personally, I think it intentional. After all, if Americans were well informed and educated would they put up with the governemnt in charge now? Nope.

As Obama would say, just keep'em simple stupid.

Oh yea, I almost fogot, "Those durn Muslims!!!"

And this thread is an example of the lack of intelligence (or more specifically ignorance) of some posters. Intelligence in a warfare/military area refers to gathering intelligence (or information) about the enemy.

When I read the thread title, I thought you were advocating increasing money to military intelligence.

Ah, dude people are talking about the likes of you. Europe, Australsia, Canada, Japan etc etc have governments more inline with the views of the Democratic party than U.S republicans.

You are right of course, however, the US has all the $$$$. All this money stands in the way of globalists in all these countries because the US is not an economic equal to them, so knocking down the US economy a few knotches is a must.

You bring up valid points montra. I do not like the globalists, and they certainly have a role in these nations. Although, at the moment I think they are more of a threat to the USA than other western nations.

In the US we are to divided by wedge issues to come together.

The globalist agenda would not be supported if people knew about it and that is why it is kept under wraps. After all, jobs going over seas is just part of the plan and no one likes that in the US. In addition, it is part of the reason you do not see either party enforce the illegal immigration laws on the books, and states that try get sued by the Feds.

The population are lemmings. They are fed a song and dance about left and right when they are all actually one in the same, kinda like the picture of my avatar. I propose that the "wedge" you speak of is manufactured. Basically you create an adversary on two sides and everyone picks a side. The natural reaction is to then defend the side you are on to the death while attacking the other side. That way those in government always have support, despite such support being divided. I suppose it is better than having the entire populace turn on you.

Hmm. I cannot argue here, although I do believe the liberals are generally better off than conservatives. Why?

This is my reasoning and I could be wrong.

    1. Liberals are supportive of education. You will not see liberals making fun of education and belitteling some of the greatest universities in the world, unlike conservatives. Conservatives put down education and cut education funding.

    2. Liberals are more open to new ideas and policies. Granted, this also leads to more mistakes as they try to implement some of those ideas. But, here I suggest we look at game changing ideas from the invention of nuclear weapons to Social Security and Medicare and Medicaid. All of these are controversial but generally supported by the U.S population.

    3. Liberals(in the USA and around the world) are agitators. Most revolutions and political movements come from the left, not the right. Granted some of these are bad, but generally they are a force for positive change.

The intelligence of humanity in general needs to be cranked up by at least 50 IQ points. I recommend that we start by over-expressing the NR2B gene.

    Don't do that!

We Aussies would be reduced to making fun of the Poms and Kiwis if you improve your level of education!

And it doesn't stop. I think the intelligence of this whole forum has been dropped by 20 points due to people responding to this thread in the warfare/military subforum, as if it should be about mental intelligence, rather than military intelligence.
