The first is your interpretation of their letter. You are assuming that their letter was a threat. The second is almost a fact (that person was not a member of the government), but it does not lead to any conclusion without an assumption. The third is again, kind of a fact, but not really relevant nor does it result in any conclusions without an assumption. It is objectively and logically impossible to create an argument which does not rely upon assumptions.
