Reopened means this case was once closed. I guess the guy hanging himself from a tree and then shooting himself in the chest with a shotgun wasn't completely compatible with it being a suicide death. So they reopened the case and that means no details about the investigation can be released. How convenient. This death 'might' be a criminal matter. Might. Did I mention the case was once closed? I wonder what they determined the cause of death to be at that time.
