Good call Doof. But fear not...there will be some here who will paint this as bad news... "It didn't happen soon enough...!" "They should have attacked him inside Iran...!" And so on...
Good kill but this isn't an Iranian commander, it's an Iranian backed militia commander. There's a pretty big difference between the two.
I'm going to stick my head out and say: Amazing surgical kill. However.... is it wise to lob bombs into the middle of a capital city? The locals don't seem too happy.
Get over yourself, I can't stand karen's. As I said, good kill just pointed out the OP's headline of Iranian commander killed was wrong, it was a militia commander. Still a good kill.
Random thought: thank god Jordan is an ally and a solid one. As well as a buffer. The rest of the area appears to be brimming with western hate.
No wonder you're so bad at this if you think I in anyway fulfilled this brilliance by you. "Good call Doof. But fear not...there will be some here who will paint this as bad news... "It didn't happen soon enough...!" "They should have attacked him inside Iran...!" But carry on with your wonderful sense of awareness.
No, your "Yeah, but..." contribution fits nicely with my prediction. Here, I'll even edit my list to include you... "It didn't happen soon enough...!" "They should have attacked him inside Iran...!" "Yeah, but he wasn't even an Iranian...!" Thanks again...
Unfortunately the whole conflict isn't quite as simple as that. If you don't think different countries should mess with each other, then you kind of have to ask yourself what those U.S. forces were doing in the Middle East. If you talked to some of these radical muslims, they would give a similar explanation to you why they attacked U.S. forces in the Middle East. This seems to be part of a long term tension over many years that has escalated.
After more than 150 attacks on U.S. troops, after fatalities and injuries, this was long overdue. And now, get our troops out of Iraq.
Iranian Commander is not the same as an Iranian backed militia group commander. And if I shouldn't have to explain that difference. One would likely lead to a full scale war with Iran and the other is just some scrub nobody cares about. That's a HUGE difference. But anyways. Ya. **** around. Find out.
You don't think there is a HUGE difference here in how you want to frame a news event? It would be like declaring "U.S sinks Russian cruiser!" "...in a video game" I told you. The US killing an Iran military commander would likely lead to war with Iran. Which I wouldn't mind at this point because they are the only ****ers preventing peace in the middle east right now. And there is going to be no placating them now or in the future. But killing an Iranian backed militia commander won't. Even though it is great news. But ffs, get it right. This ain't no CNN bullshit son.
So, what is more significant to you...the response that Biden promised, or the way it has been described...?
My "sole purpose" is to highlight that some people find it impossible to simply issue a "Good job, well done..." They just have to find something they can pick around the edges....
Your purpose was clear. Trying to now claim it was something else doesn't change what we all know. You can move on now. Not like I expect you to magically become honest and objective from now on.
I heard that there was no collateral damage. To me, that indicates that our people know what they're doing.
I know. It must be disappointing for you. You were hoping the MAGA right would be the only contender for the title. But hey, what's a little healthy competition going to hurt, right?
