Same refugees who want to go home.
Same Jews who refuse their return. I recall that they build a massive wall got build mostly outside Israel to prevent that. Can you give me a good reason why a country builds walls outside their own border? Can you give me an example where this happened elsewhere?

No ... I can not ... and just because it's so unique, it shows how shameful Israel acts here!

Again, the West Bank is NOT the territory of Israel, but officially has the status of an occupied, war-conquered territory in Israel! Is Israel doing the right thing here? No, not even a bit!

The wall wasn't built to prevent return of refugees. It was built to prevent terror attacks.

Mostly outside Israel? Seriously? Can you pretty please with pink fluffy pompoms show me the wall outside the Israeli border on a map?

Warning no 1: Jerusalem is the united and indivisible capital of Israel, so the wall built on its outskirts is not "outside Israel".

Warnings no 2 and 3: an expert on international law you are not, so don't go there...

The Israeli Barrier = Wall is a 759-kilometer barrier along the border line between Israel and the "West Bank". The barrier is for the most part on the territory of the West Bank. The first construction phase started on 16 June 2002. The construction was completed in 2010 to 60 percent. In 2004, in a report commissioned by the UN General Assembly, the International Court of Justice stated that Israel was violating international law by constructing the facilities.

Is the West Bank part of the Israeli territory? No! So illegally built on foreign territory!

Warning no. 1 returned: That's exactly what Jerusalem is not ... even if the idiot from Washington and the Israelis themselves see it that way ... apart from a few unimportant states, nobody in the world sees it that way ...

Just because Israel is mightier (especially thanks to the US) than the others, it is not lawful what happens here!

What do these trolls of the international court and the UN as with the wall already know? Israel has never bothered and stuck to these little awkward institutions and rules, and the US is closing its eyes as usual ... but woe anyone else in the world who's not a friend of the US is doing the same thing as Israel, then Washington scream directly hypocritical "your evil"!

Everybody knows it's mostly build in the West Bank,.. if not all. The West Bank aint part of Israel. Even the Israeli courts say this.

United Nations Security Council resolution 476 and 478 says it aint so.

I don't need to be that expert. I just source it.

Why do Palestinians want to return home to the country they hate, to live among the people they're sworn to kill?

What's the west bank (no need to capitalize west bank, my friend - it is geographical location) has to do with anything?

Judea and Samaria are disputed territories and as such, are administered by Israel, out of goodness of their big, generous hearts :applause:

ROFL ... out of goodness of their big generous hearts ... I get a laugh, sorry ... :roflol::roflol::roflol:

The West Bank was the territory of Jordan after the founding of Israel. It was conquered by Israel and has been occupied by Israel for some 50 years.
In the meantime, Jordan has relinquished its claim to this area in favor of its own Palestinian state, but is there actually this Palestinian state now? No, why not?

Why are Israeli settler terrorists continuing to build illegal settlements on the private grounds of Palestinians in this area and simply expropriate them ... and why does Israel allow this and protect these terrorists?

There was never a country or Palestinian state, so how could Jordan relinquish it's claim for Judea and Samaria to a country that does not exist?

And yes, out of big, generous Jewish hearts. Israel does a lot for Palestinians, who in turn destroy or misuse what Israel gives them.

    Map?

I didn't put warnings no 2 and 3 there for nothing, you know. Neither UN resolutions, nor the ICJ advisory opinions, not to mention various reports by UN commissions and committees, generate international law. In fact, international law might prove to be quite different from what you or other so called pro-Palestinians have in mind when you use this term.

The San Remo Conference, on the other hand, still generates international law due to the treaty signed there. So does the document of the Mandate, which is still valid despite the Mandate itself being terminated. These documents are ignored by most - on both sides, sadly - and so is the principle of international law called uti possidetis juris.

I believe international law does not allow rockets to be fired into countries.

Of course it's not part of Israel, since it haven't been annexed by Israel.

There was a time when everybody knew the Earth was flat. Was it?

I wouldn't care if all the security barrier was built inside the West Bank, as long as it doesn't encroach on private land. I only care about the security it provides, and the lives it saves.

I sincerely doubt you'll read it, but since you mentioned Israeli courts here's a link to the Israeli Supreme Court judgement regarding the security barrier:
    http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/supreme-court-judgment-regarding-the-separation-fence

This is the Israeli point of view, and no amount of UN resolutions and loaded sentences in forum posts can change realities on the ground.

    Not binding.

No, you don't source it. UN resolutions and ICJ advisory opinions are not international law.

And since they say it's occupied,... like everybody else.. except the Israeli government,... it does mean that according to the Geneva Conventions, you man you let your civilians settle in occupied territory. It's illegal. And Israel is signatory of that convention.

When they say it's illegal according to international law that's already present, than that is that. It really does not suddenly become legal according to international law like some flip flopping leaf in the wind. And so East Jerusalem aint part of Israel, according to the Geneva Conventions so says the UNSC and the ICJ etc etc etc. The binding resolutions are only about things like... Iran may not do this or that or otherwise breach this international law they just made with the resolution.

    I am not Pro-Palestinian, but I am Anti-aggressor ....

Simple question: Have Palestinians in the Westbank the same rights and law possibilities as the Israelis?
If your answer is Yes, then I may ask you, why Israel accepts illegal land occupation by these settler terrorists and does not kicke them off from land what is not theirs?
If your answer is no I must aksi you why not but by Israelis living their have ... and again why the Israeli Forces and Police don't kick off the settler terrorists because their acting is against Israeli law!

No, did not exists, but all sides ... including former Israeli and US governments agreed that out of the Ex-Jordanian territory such a new state should be raised! Does it exist?

And these generous Jewish hearts expropriate land from Palestinians and protect these settlers terrorists! These terrorists, with their illegal settlements under Israeli law, are not only protected by the Istrian police and the military ... no ... the gentlemen terrorists are allowed to threaten Palestinians armed to the teeth, shoot them directly at alleged danger and everything is lawful. But woe a Palestinian has to self-protection a Schrotfline ... then he ends up in jail! Weapons possession forbidden, protection by Israeli authorities does not exist! Real Jewish generosity!

You've all been duped by this thread: fake news.

    :roflol:

    .........................................

Daily Star - a British tabloid well known for fabricating stories, and sued multiple times ...

    .........................................

    examples:

"In March 2011, the journalist Richard Peppiatt resigned from the Daily Star with an open letter to Richard Desmond. In the letter, Peppiatt accused the Star of demonising Muslims, supporting the English Defence League (EDL), fabricating stories, ignoring foreign news and paying low wages to staff

"a headline "Terror as plane hits ash cloud", without any indication on the front page that the image was computer-generated

It does indeed; it is called Hashemite Palestinian Kingdom of Jordan.

Hey, did you hear how Gazan Palestinians self-protect themselves lately? Yep, they repeatedly destroy their side of Kerem Shalom border crossing—the only lifeline that supplies basic goods to civilians in Gaza, while Israel is trying to keep the crossing open... that a boys!!! :applause:

Haaretz is Israeli owned, not Palestinian.
Do try to get your facts straight.
