"Iranian Jewish community( the second largest in Middle East ) holds rally in support o Iran's nuclear program

Iranian Jews gathered in front of the United Nations office in Tehran on Tuesday to express their support for Iran's "right to enrich," a day before the Islamic Republic and other world powers are set to meet in Geneva to resume nuclear talks.

Demonstrators held the Torah and banners with statements in English, Hebrew and Farsi in support of Iran's nuclear negotiators, and performed mass religious ceremonies, Iranian PressTV reported.

Former Israeli diplomat to Tehran tells Post: Iranian Jews not pressured to speak up for regime

"Iranian monotheists are proud of supreme leader fatwa for prohibition of mass killing weapons," the banners read.

“We, the Iranian Jews, announce our full support for Iran’s negotiating team in the talks with the P5+1 and advise the other party to seize this opportunity,” a statement issued by the Jewish community in Iran read.

The statement added that the Iranian Jews "insist on standing by their Muslim brothers in defending the right to use peaceful nuclear energy for scientific and economic progress of Iran."

The statement also included a denouncement of Zionism, saying that it "has nothing to do with Judaism."[/B]

At the underground Fordow nuclear facility, Iranian students gathered on Tuesday to form a human chain to show their support of the Iranian negotiating team.

They were joined by the head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, Ali-Akbar Salehi, who said Iranians "will never give up the full cycle of nuclear fuel production."

Now all they need is to get the leadership to adhere to UNSC Res 1929 and the NPT and allow inspections and everybody will be happy!

All we now need is for Israel to sign NPT and open its Nuclear arsenal for inspection - then WE + Israel's neighbours - will be more AT EASE .

imo - as long as the Zionist entity with its nuclear arsenal pose a threat to its neighbours - there cannot be any PEACE.

    ...

So Iran will still have the crippling sanctions on them and will not adhere to the UNSC and NPT untlil India, Pakistan, North Korea and Israel sign the NPT.

Wow, going to be a long term for the sanctions.

lmfao the only reason why they are the 2nd largest community in the Middle East is because they have been completely ethnically cleansed from the rest of the Middle East save for Israel and those who remain in Iran are a shadow of the former Iranian Jewish population which suffered extensive persecution since the theocratic revolution. Furthermore; to be a pro-Israeli Jew in Iran is an automatic death sentence under accusation of espionage.

    .

They are not being coerced. These same Jews also did a thumbs down on the bribes the Israelis offered them to immigrate to Israel a while back.

Promoting immigration out of Iran is a capital offense and Jewish families are not ,legally allowed to travel out of the country together so (*)(*)(*)(*)ing spare us the bottom line is that the Jewish population of Iran has seen a drop of at least 3/4 of the total population since the Iranian revolution.

The idea that Arabic countries only kicked Jews out is hilarious , over 100.000 Greeks had to leave Alexandria, equal number or more Italians have to leave Libya and so on . The only countries that shown some acceptance to non Arabs is Lebanon & Syria .

    lol

    Tell that to the Bahai.

There hasn't been a rabbi in Iran since 1994.

The curriculum for these Jewish schools is Islamic, the formerly Jewish principals have been replaced with Muslims, and the children are now forced to go to school on the Sabbath which is no longer recognized by the Iranian regime since the 1979 revolution.

I guess that's why the former Iranian President Ahmadinejad overtly denies the holocaust labeling it a "myth", and why the Iranian state has held holocaust denial conventions, and why the Iranian government media prints the Protocols of the Elders of Zion and why they even go so far as to literally use the blood libel that Jews murder non-Jewish children in order to use their blood to make Matzah balls.

Here is an image capture from Iranian state news organization Jamnews:

Yep absolutely no anti-Semitism in Iran, except you know, using images for an Israeli Zombie walk 5k and using it to claim that they drink blood or "red blood like liquid" to celebrate Purim.

But hey thanks for the propaganda straight from the Iranian regime, now let's here the actual facts on the ground:

Iranian leaders are doing everything they can to display their country’s Jewish population as satisfied, even if they have to resort to fakery to do so, according to Iranian Affairs expert Menashe Amir.

Amir, who was born and raised in Tehran and now lives in Israel, explained that Iran’s leaders believe that showing Jewish support will help their image.

“In Iran they know that Jews have influence on the international scene. They want to show the world, and the Americans, that Jews have a good life in Iran,” he told Arutz Sheva.

“The Jews are Iran’s display window – and they take their orders from the regime,” he explained.

This is true ethnic cleansing is tradecraft for the Arabs and has been since the time of Mohammad, however, it was the Jews who the entirety of the Arab League specifically targeted through joint legislation, where the Jews were not allowed to leave; such as, in Syria they were locked up in concentration camps and assets seized:

Text of the Law Drafted by the Political Committee of the Arab League

    Summary

In 1947, the Political Committee of the Arab League (League of Arab States) drafted a law which was to govern the legal status of Jewish residents in all Arab League countries. This law had already been approved by Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Iraq, provided that, “beginning with a specified date, all Jews – with the exception of citizens of non-Arab countries – were to be considered members of the Jewish ‘minority state of Palestine,’ and that their bank account be frozen and used to finance resistance to ‘Zionist ambitions in Palestine.’ Jews believed to be active Zionists would be interned as political prisoners and their assets confiscated. Only Jews who accept active service in Arab armies or place themselves at the disposal of these armies would be considered ‘Arabs.’” 1

Excerpts of Direct Quotes of the Law drafted by the Political Committee of the Arab League

    • “All Jewish citizens…will be considered as members of the Jewish minority of the State of Palestine and will have to register [“within 7 days”] with the authorities of the region wherein they reside, giving their names, the exact number of members in their families, their addresses, the names of their banks and the amounts of their deposits in these banks…”2

    • “Bank accounts of Jews will be frozen. These funds will be utilized in part or in full to finance the movement of resistance to Zionist ambitions in Palestine.”3

    • “Only Jews who are subjects of foreign countries will be considered ‘neutrals.’ These will be compelled either to return to their countries, with a minimum of delay, or be considered Arabs and obliged to accept active service in the Arab army.”4

    • “Every Jew whose activities reveal that he is an active Zionist will be considered as a political prisoner and will be interned in places specifically designated for that purpose by police authorities or by the Government. His financial resources, instead of being frozen, will be confiscated.”5

    • “Any Jew who will be able to prove that his activities are anti-Zionist will be free to act as he likes, provided that he declares his readiness to join the Arab armies.”6

    • “The foregoing…does not mean that those Jews will not be submitted to paragraphs 1 and 2 of this law.”7

1 Memorandum Submitted to the U.N. Economic and Social Council by the World Jewish Congress. (Jan. 19, 1948 ) Section I. (2) a. June 2, 1948. [ZIIC - This reference is in the document prepared by JJAC and is probably incorrect]

2 Text of the Law drafted by the Political Committee of the Arab League. Paragraph 1.

    3 ibid. Paragraph 2.

    4 ibid. Paragraph 3.

    5 ibid. Paragraph 5.

    6 ibid. Paragraph 6.

7 ibid. Paragraph 7. (Paragraph 1 & 2 indicate all Jews must register and disclose personal and banking information and

that bank accounts will be frozen and utilized for anti-Zionist resistance.)

Hey i didn't disputed that Jews were targeted in Arabic states , what i posted is that they were not the only ones .
Pan-Arabic nationalism was applied indiscriminately .

( i know that Iranians are not Arabs)

Do you think the Israeli govt should be allowed to continue perpetrating injustices toward the Palestinian people ? Should they be allowed to continue squeezing the Palestinian people into an ever decreasing area by stealing Palestinians land ?

May I suggest that you read + learn what learned Torah Rabbis think :

    extract :

    "
To this day the death toll mounts. Both hardliners and soft liners have had their hopes dashed. They have both been behind the wheels of government. And both have failed utterly.

Friends, there will be no peace in the Middle East until their is no state of Israel.

The Torah cannot be violated. Our task in exile cannot be fulfilled by trying to end exile by human agitations. Nor can our hopes for redemption be realized in the Israeli state.

Of course immediately part of the solution is, we’d like to see the West Bank and Gaza settlements dismantled. The people living there must leave as soon as is humanly possible.

But, this is only one part of the solution. Yes, the immediate decision in keeping with common sense, is to begin a Palestinian state. But these solutions are only for the interim and only a part of the solution.

The true Torah solution, the key to peace is the immediate return of Palestine to the Palestinians in its entirety including the Temple Mount and Jerusalem.

This would, of course, include a full right of return for all Palestinian refuges That is what elementary justice demands. This is the path of the Torah and of common sense.

The Jewish people have many mitzvos (commandments) to pursue in their exile. Fighting and killing Palestinian children are not among them.

Of course, today, millions of Jews reside in Palestine. Whether some, all or none of them might stay under Palestinian rule is, of course, up to the land’s rightful rulers, the Palestinians.

This will inevitably begin the process of true peace with justice and healing between the Palestinian people and the Jewish people.

In the meantime, though, given that at present many Jews living in the Holy Land are victims of Zionist propaganda what path should be pursued?

For our part the obligation remains steady. It is to educate the Jewish community about the doctrinal errors and practical evils of Zionism.

It is to join our Palestinian cousins in protest against the evils of Zionism. It is to pursue peace with all men and all nations. It is to practice our faith. It is to worship the Creator with humility, with modesty and piety.

But let us go a step further and examine what the impact of Jewish anti Zionism might be on the Islamic world. First, it is important both practically and morally that Palestinian and general Islamic ideology not confuse Zionism and Judaism and by so doing leave themselves vulnerable to the charge of anti - Semitism.

Further, it could well prove beneficial to the Palestinian cause if they would publicize their good relations with anti Zionist Jews thus undercutting the
stereotype of them in the Zionist dominated media as bigots and baseless haters.

This coalition of anti - Zionist Jews and Palestinians who see the inhumanity of Zionism might well become quite a moral force for good in the world.

In any event, let us resolve to leave here this evening with our mutual moral compasses set right. Let us understand that Torah Jewry is in no way an antagonist of the Palestinian people in particular or of the Islamic world in general.

The hour is late. The civilian death toll mounts daily. Innocents on all sides suffer.

May it be the Creator’s Will that the state of Israel be peacefully dismantled speedily in our days, that Jew and Palestinian live yet in peace with each other around the world and in the Holy Land and that speedily in our days all mankind may merit the advent of Divine Redemption where G-d’s Kingdom will be accepted.

There you go again , talking a load of poooo. Read and learn :

Iran's Jews reject cash offer to move to Israel

    · Expats offer families £30,000 to emigrate
    · Our identity is not for sale, say community leaders

    -------
(first of all editors note "The following correction was printed in the Guardian's Corrections and clarifications column, Saturday July 28 2007

In the article below we reported that last year President Ahmadinejad said (quoting the late Ayatollah Khomeini) that Israel should be "wiped off the map". A more literal translation of the statement he made in 2005, at The World without Zionism conference in Tehran, is "the regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time".

    )
    ==============================
"Iran's Jews have given the country a loyalty pledge in the face of cash offers aimed at encouraging them to move to Israel, the arch-enemy of its Islamic rulers.
The incentives — ranging from £5,000 a person to £30,000 for families — were offered from a special fund established by wealthy expatriate Jews in an effort to prompt a mass migration to Israel from among Iran's 25,000-strong Jewish community. The offers were made with Israel's official blessing and were additional to the usual state packages it provides to Jews emigrating from the diaspora.
However, the Society of Iranian Jews dismissed them as "immature political enticements" and said their national identity was not for sale.
"The identity of Iranian Jews is not tradeable for any amount of money," the society said in a statement. "Iranian Jews are among the most ancient Iranians. Iran's Jews love their Iranian identity and their culture, so threats and this immature political enticement will not achieve their aim of wiping out the identity of Iranian Jews."
The Israeli newspaper Ma'ariv reported that the incentives had been doubled after earlier offers of £2,500 a head failed to attract any Iranian Jews to leave for Israel.
Iran's sole Jewish MP, Morris Motamed, said the offers were insulting and put the country's Jews under pressure to prove their loyalty.
"It suggests the Iranian Jew can be encouraged to emigrate by money," he said. "Iran's Jews have always been free to emigrate and three-quarters of them did so after the revolution but 70% of those went to America, not Israel."
Iran's Jewish population has dwindled from around 80,000 at the time of the 1979 Islamic revolution but remains the largest of any country in the Middle East apart from Israel. Jews have lived in Iran since at least 700BC.
Hostility between Iran's Islamic government and Israel means Iranian Jews are often subject to official mistrust and scrutiny. In 2000 10 Jews in the southern city of Shiraz were jailed for spying for Israel, which Iran refuses to recognise.
A Jewish businessman, Ruhollah Kadkhodah-Zadeh, was hanged in 1998, apparently for allegedly helping Jews to emigrate.
Jews generally avoid political controversy, but Mr Motamed wrote a letter of protest to Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, last year after he called the Holocaust "a myth". Mr Ahmadinejad had earlier said that Israel should be "wiped off the map".
Jews are free to practise their religion and have their own schools, although they are forced to open on Saturdays, the Jewish sabbath.

Despite the absence of diplomatic ties with Israel, Iranian Jews frequently go there to visit relatives[/B]

Yes we know because this wasn't a direct response to the fact that Jews are only allowed to leave the country one at a time, and that advocating immigration from Iran is a capital offense. Touche sir touche.

Iran is such a marvel of religious freedom that Jews and various other religious patrons flock there every year....oh wait they don't? The Jewish population has dropped by 3/4 since 1979? You don't say? But what about non-Jews of course they can be expected to have religious freedom? Oh you mean the Bahai are severely persecuted as well? Tell me that the Iranian papers don't print blood label though..... Oh they do? Evidence? Oh I have? Wow:

Damn Marlowe I'm now convinced. In fact coming from an overt anti-Semite and holocaust denying Khazar conspiracy theorist; such as, yourself the words that Iran is a haven for freedom of religion are even more compelling than ever/
