This is OT a bit: But the article references how police should monitor and enforce women to wear the hijab -- a veil covering the neck and hair. Does anyone think that if aliens came to Earth they would see a difference between women being required to cover their neck and hair while in public under law and women having to cover their breasts while in public under law?
