"Friday on MSNBC's "The Ed Show," the former Gov. Howard Dean (D-VT) said Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) saved the U.S. Constitution by refusing to take up the over 400 bills sent to him by the House of Representatives. Dean said, "The Republicans have been very good at saying 'no." Let me make sure I understand this. Gov. Dean, the man who said he hates all Republicans and everything they stand for, says the Sen. Harry Reid saved the Constitution by refusing to "take up", which means debate, discuss, or vote on, over 400 bills sent to the Senate by the House. He refused to take up the bills because the Republicans are party of "no". "They say they have passed 400 bills that have gone over to the senate to die, and that is because the Senate is doing there job and not letting the crack pot right wing and Speaker Boehner's Tea Party caucus rewrite the Constitution and rewrite the laws of the United States." http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-...-The-Constitution-From-The-Crackpot-Tea-Party I thought Gov. Dean had gone mad when he ran for President squealing and saying he hated all Republicans but now there no doubt. The man has lost it. He's praising the man who wants to rewrite the First Amendment to suit the Socialists for having saved the Constitution. He's praising the man who thinks the job of Congress is to be courtiers to a King who passed or amends laws with his pen. Amazing.
Okay, now I don't like the guy. It was not about preventing the expansion of American government, just about a liberal sticking i those conservatives. The guy is an idiot and a bigot and shouldn't be a political leader.
Sorry, Democrats will always blame someone. They have no sense of responsibility. They'll take credit when they had nothing to do with whatever was done but they'll accept responsibility for nothing. - - - Updated - - - He will never be a leader just as President Obama isn't a leader. He might be a president for the Democrats though.
All members of congress and the senate and the President and the vice president are our political leaders.
