The IRS with it's thousands of employees have searched for years and could not find not only destroyed e-mails but a smidgen of corruption, and inspector general with his few staff has found tens of thousands in just two weeks? There ya go assuming that the government lying is a criminal act. Some would insist that, that is their job. Eventually if it is determined that way, someone will become a scapegoat but it will never be the one who gave the order for some strange reason.
But here is the real good news. When the content of those emails are uncovered and displayed to the American people, all the lies and coverups will be exposed. Even though Hillary more than likely has noting to do with this, democrats can kiss the 2016 election goodbye!

Actually so you don't incriminate yourself. Circumstantial evidence that could implicate you into something you had nothing to do with is nothing to laugh about. It could actually destroy a person before they ever get the facts straightened out, and the last thing you want to do is give the government the ammo to (*)(*)(*)(*) your life up over unsubstantiated suspicions and clueless allegations. There is a reason for the 5th, but it is usually used in a manner that it originally wasn't intended for.

The current director of the IRS lied to Congress claiming the tapes had been destroyed, instead of pleading the 5th. Those who administer the back up tapes say they were never even asked for them.
Unfortunately, those who support Obama or would support Hillary, couldnt care less if Congress and the American people were lied to.
