The big businesses are sitting on 2 trillion dollars and if they wanted to they could create alot of jobs and help the economy but they choose not to with the protection of republicans.

This may seem like government overreach but is neccessary and a good way to influence the decisions of big businesses, by giving them higher taxes we can influence them to invest more in clean energy and create jobs with tax incentives.
