Prediction time! These new allegations are nasty. And possibly too good/bad to be true when it comes to Avenatti.

What say you? Will Kavanaugh make it to the SC, or is he toast?

Nope, as soon as republicans gave the dirty dems a inch by delaying the vote his fate was sealed . You know they will continue their dirty tactics until the suffer some sort of consequences. They been doint this to conservative SC judges for decades. They did it to moore in alabama , notice how they dont care about the victim anymore. Yet , when democrats do worse , they give them a free pass...

There's not a word that would adequately describe what this whole circus is. Disgusting, vile, scumbaggery, nah, none of them do this justice.

Kavanaugh should withdraw because he can't answer direct questions. He plays dumb and that should raise red flags for any honest person.

BUT, instead of his political opponents highlighting how much of a worm he is, they go with their old "RAPE!" routine to deal with him. :Sigh:. What a **** show.

I can't see how piling on all these so-called allegations at the last minute won't be seen as a cheap stunt. Liberals know they will never be held accountable, they know they don't need evidence, they know they can find people who will say whatever they want all because when its over there is no reckoning...

No he was not yet an Attorney during High School days,
he was just a young overly excited teenage explorer during that time and that age.

He will be toasted if he commit such an accusation when he was already a court judge,
on the other hand is it Karma or a very clammy revenge.

My earlier post was deleted for something having to do with 'violence'...(?).

Anyway, for what it's worth, here's my revised reply, which I have "cleansed":

My vote is that Kavanaugh will be eventually be confirmed, but that may just be wishful thinking on my part.

Let's put it this way -- if he is voted down based on the baseless, unproven, delusional BULLSHIT we've seen from the radical-liberal Leftist Democrats so far, then in a larger sense, the United States is broken into pieces already. If the Senate would allow this Democrat and RINO rat-pack to vote him down with nothing more than we've seen and heard, we may never be able to put ourselves back together again.

    In
other countries, they handle matters involving accusations without any evidence a little differently....

. "Why... what 'other countries' could you possibly be talking about...?"

What the extreme left wing element of the Democratic Party is doing is better than if President Trump had spent a billion dollars in prime time TV ads for G.O.P. candidates............
    they are destroying their party!

American Bar Association committee still stands behind Kavanaugh.....

A committee for the American Bar Association that evaluates the professional qualifications of judges said it still stands behind Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

The association’s president urged the Senate Judiciary Committee late Thursday to stall a confirmation vote until the FBI has conducted an investigation into Christine Blasey Ford’s allegation that he sexually assaulted her.

The letter was not seen by the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary before it was sent to the panel, committee chairman Paul Mosley wrote in a separate letter to Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., on Friday.

The Standing Committee “acts independently” of the association’s leadership, he said.

“The Committee conducts non-partisan, non-ideological, and confidential peer review of federal judicial nominees. The ABA’s rating for Judge Kavanaugh is not affected by Mr. [Robert] Carlson’s letter,” the letter concluded.....snip~

    Not yet he isn't.

If Judd turns, under FBI interrogation, then Kavanaugh is finished and Trump will be forced to withdraw the nomination.

    Too early to tell though.

    7 days to go still.

The ABA is a well-known, consistently liberal organization, and has been for decades. Don't take my word for it... look it up. Of COURSE they'll endorse all the delaying tactics, and the vague, 35 year-old unsubstantiated meanderings made in 'therapy sessions', etc., etc. What liberal Democrat wouldn't?

Bork made his own karma during the Saturday Night Massacre. No one that spineless should have ever been considered for SCOTUS.

Then again, that national Jesuit publication rescinded his endorsement. Probably in part because Kavanaugh is prominently Catholic, and the church can't really go along with another alleged sex abuser gaining prominence.

But still, they initially fell over themselves with glee at his nomination. And now they think he needs to withdraw. That's a significant turn. Still better moral leadership in the Catholic church than the republican party. Re-read that sentence a few times and really chew on it.

Based on his actions at the hearings, I'd say his chances of appointment are very slim if the republicans look at his partisan words spoken at the latest hearings and take them to heart

I think he will make it and there will be very little fanfare. He will serve for 40 years and that'll be it.

But I think that as much as it sucks for him, he should withdraw, push for a full investigation of all of these claims, then the GOP can point to the tarring and feathering of a good man in November, retain the Senate, and appoint Amy Barrett.

Until she is accused of fiddling kids 40 years ago.

We really need to allow fetuses to be nominated. They're the only living humans that cannot be accused of sexual crimes. Even infants are suspect in this brave new world, toxic masculinity is pervasive.
