true enough, but basing it on history is kind of disingenuous. Muslims have been at it since they started conquering the Mediterranean area and haven't stopped. They have only upgraded their methods through technology. Al Jazeera? Internet? They are advancing through brutality. They do want to control the world and will not stop their methods because we tell them to.
Yes, Christianity has caused a lot of grief, but, today, they are a bit more peaceful. However, Islam has only bumped up their methods and activities.
The more tolerant we become, the better their chances are for achieving their goal, which is total domination through fear and death.

Yes….. there is certainly an influential segment of Muslims who believe just as fully in the value of ethnic cleansing as many Christian aristocrats did two or three or four centuries ago.

But my major point is that we in the western democracies can have a positive effect on the flavour of Islam that dominates if we support and encourage courageous Muslims such as Mr. Malik Obama and Shaykh Prof. Abdul Hadi Palazzi.

I personally have been studying near death experience accounts since 1990 and I do actually believe that the Patriarch Abraham would very likely say to the Prophet Muhammad during his out of the body experience…."Good son and good prophet." In order to assist the Islamic world to transition in a similar way to how Christianity has done in the last century or two we need to be aware of both the positive as well as the negative.

My apologies if I am wrong but I am sure that this article by Kevin Williams can play a significant role in assisting the Islamic nations to come out of darkness- hate- fear- paranoia into light - love and real faith….. even if they use different technical jargon to describe what is happening?!

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught clearly that he was not the Jewish Messiah…. but that Rabbi Yeshua - Jesus was…… he said that he was a prophet….. and I suspect that all of these people who have one of these near death experiences or out of the body experiences and meet a being of light who reviews their lives with them…. could be termed…."prophets." Prophets are still free to sin though even after meeting HaShem/ The G-d of Abraham/ Allah…. and my belief is that all of them did…. with the exception of Rabbi Yeshua - Jesus!

I got into some interesting debates on a truly interesting Facebook group these past few days........ I quoted the link to this discussion there....... and noticed that I had never added the prediction by a man from Uganda regarding the idea of the G-d of
Abraham/ YHWH/ Allah raising up a modern Cyrus type of political leader.........… in the near future........

I admit that this is an unusual subject....... but isn't it kind of encouraging to see a significant Islamic leader risking his life to stick up for the fulfillment of predictions that relate so directly to the Orthodox Jewish community?

When you look at the flavour of the meeting in the higher dimensions of space - time between the soul - spirit of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) with Aaron and Moses...... it makes sense that the followers of Islam........ should have a positive belief in the fulfillment of the predictions of Moses and the application of the Levitical laws as given through Moses.

 

Malik is just an opportunist.

 

He is only human........ and I suppose perhaps 5% or more of his motivation might be to attempt to compete with his baby brother........ and attempt to accomplish something huge with his life................. If his little brother had not attained the office of President of the USA perhaps he would have felt less motivated to get into such a controversial topic but........... the more that I read about Islam the more I tend to believe that an accurate understanding of the Koran would fit extremely well with the fulfillment of Ezekiel chapters 40 - 48?!

We Christians might just be able to learn a few important lessons from his act of courage......... even if his motivation was not one hundred percent perfect?!

The fact that he is coming close to behaviour that will get him black listed among a significant percentage of Muslims........... is evidence that he is very serious about this and has "counted the cost"...... knows that the cost could be extremely high.... but he has been willing to take that risk. We are all human...... to some degree I suppose we all seek some extra attention......... but an act as extreme as Mr. Malik Obama has taken is unlikely to have been mostly motivated by a desire for a greater level of fame. Actually, Obama's current assessment remains a typical 46% approval/48% disapproval, quite steady over time.
(It was 46% approval/45% disapprove for 7/20-22/13.)


The Bush's assessment at the same stage of his tenure (7/12-15/07) was 31% approval/ 63% disapproval.

Will Obama's numbers also rise after he has been out of office for a while? If he follows the typical pattern of most ex-presidents, yes, but there is no way of knowing until we get there.

 

What does Bush's past have to do with now? He's still got a better approval rating than Obama, right now. Why do the dems live in the past. Do you have a time machine? Obama is worse than Dubya, lol

Why do you need to draw a false parallel by pretending that the Bush is still president like Obama is?

Comparing ex-presidents like Washington, Fillmore or Bush to an incumbent makes no sense, although you can legitimately compare them to one another.

Will Obama's numbers rise, as is usually the case, stay the same, or fall when he is also an ex-president? Who knows.

 

Sure, people compare ex president's all the time. CNN compared Lincoln and Obama. CNN also compared DDE to Bush back in the mid 2000s.

Stop whining. Obama's so bad he can't even outdo Dubya.

 

If it makes you feel good, you can compare retrospective assessments of Bush and Nixon if you wish.

Both are ex-presidents.
