Is Obama in anyway victimized by colonialism/slavery?

When people (white people in particular) criticize Obama, a very common defense put up and forward by liberals would be "You hate him cuz hes black". Now, I would actually agree this defense/argument isn't entirely rootless. The election (and reelection) of Obama did make some white folks feel mighty insecure (believe it or not, I'm not one of them, but then again, it's up to you to decide :p).

But this thread isn't about that, no, this thread is about something else.

A lot of white liberals, when using that kinda defense, would under most cases, only be too happy not to note that the negative views towards our dear beloved leader is as abominable as, or even comparable to colonialism and slavery. And a lot of black liberals, would also be somewhat hasty when jumping from purely political matters to the unfortunate and unpleasant memories of the horrendous treatment that themselves or their elder generations went under. In other words, a lot of liberals would often assume Obama was in certain way a spin-off of slavery and or, western colonialism.

This is where it starts to get interesting. Obama himself, isn't in anyway connected to any of those atrocities. His mother is white and a banker. His father came to the U.S. on subsidies (partially provided by America ) on a student visa.

And this is the even more interesting part: when studying in the US of A, no sense of gratitude was cultivated in the heart of that young Kenyan, but instead, he became a rather radical politically-active individual. Below is a publication by Obama Sr., after he returned to Kenya:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barack_Obama,_Sr.
    http://www.politico.com/pdf/PPM41_080411_bhobama_article_1965.pdf

There are even unsubstantiated claims over the internet that Obama Sr. was an officially blacklisted terrorist by the British intelligence.

In short, Obama may be the least person "qualified" and "qualifiable" for the victimhood defense. Certainly much less than those who actually were brought into the United States as slaves. The "racism defense" isn't as sound and legit as some may think.

ETA: Oh and, whenever Mr. Obama tries to congratulate America for any kinda of progress it made because he was elected twice as the president or to cite Lincoln or does anything in similar fashion, it makes him infinitely hypocritical.
