I don't believe the ACA was ever truly intended to exist. It took forever to be formulated. Its been blocked multiple times by competing authoritarian factions within the ultra-fascist US govt. House, Senate, Congress whatever. Its implementation has been delayed multiple times. Its physical enforcement won't kick in for years after THAT deadline. I think it is merely an idea, carefully placed into a speculative whirlwind of quasi-public debate, which is designed to allow the ACA to never become an actual reality. I believe it exists only in the MSM as a distraction from the fact that the Govt continually bombards the amerikan public with False Flag after False Flag, in their attempt to give this once great nation some justification behind continuing to exist. Amerika is dead. It may be a huge throbbing, infected Zombie, but its still dead. The Catholic Church and its sub faction agencies of elitist world dominance are never going to give up on their human resource farm. It generates too much power for them to end the perpetuation of the Myth we call the "United States". From a business perspective, Obamacare is the worst possible thing they could try. So, we might not have anything to worry about, after all. I simply don't believe the ACA will ever become a reality. At least not under the current Maritime dictatorship.
