What is the Republican record of getting rid of anything in the administrative state? Trump spoke often of "draining the swamp." Correct me if I'm wrong, but he didn't drain a DAMN thing!
Trump is not the representative of conservativism. That being said he attempted across the board spending cuts which he could not get passed for one thing. Now instead of deflecting to Trump try addressing what I actually said. We can start with the Department of Education. .
Well okay, but are there any Republicans who have talked about scrapping the Department of Education?
And has it ever resulted in any bills to scrap the Department of Education? Or have they only paid it lip service and not actually done anything?

He hasn't called out "Buys Large Mansions" for allegedly causing the deaths of thousands more murdered black US citizens this year. So there's that. But to really have this discussion, I think TC needed to give us a working definition of the term as, it means different things to different people at different times so they can define it in ways that allow them to frame the discussion. Does Biden think there are inherent differences between current identifiable demographic groups? I think so. If true, does that matter if he tries to do things that on balance thinks will help such a group that is failing relative to others? Not sure. In my mind, you actually have to make positive change, not just try, to on balance wipe out your inner personal beliefs. In that case, Trump, I think, deserves far more kudos than Biden.
