I recall about 40 years ago when I worked for a company in California the own was complaining to me it was getting awful dark around here.. i HAVE A VERY DIVERSE Staff WORKING FOR ME. I did all of he hiring for my department . I had a a bout 3 white guys and the rest were Latino and black with more black workers. I hired basically on the work history and the interview skills and the appearance. I ignored him and continued hiring people I felt were qualified regardless of skin color. And I have been the victim of reverse Racial discrimination from black people . So we do know that the problem still exists to some point . But how much of a problem is it really today. Again I could only put so many choices but please feel free to add what you think , and this time add your political side of the fence if you dont mind.
