It's been quite a week for the Party of Trump. Three witnesses with intimate knowledge of the goings on in Ukraine have painted quite a picture of corruption and involvement of members of the Trump administration. A name that keeps surfacing is that of Rudy Giuliani. It appears Rudy and his pals had quite a little state department going. So far there has been no testimony of first hand accounts of the infamous Trump July phone call. That will come next week. Meanwhile there is Rudy, Rudy, Rudy. Rudy has bragged to confidants that he has "insurance" against being tossed under Trump's relentless bus. "Insurance" what might that be? Rudy went in search of dirt and got himself all filthy in the process. Yovanovitch was especially unkind to Rudy & Company. The way she linked him into her firing and manipulation of facts in search of dirt in defense of the rapidly evolving Dollars for Dirt scandal. There is now more than enough smoke surrounding hizhonor to break out the handcuffs or at least a subpoena.
If you were to do a Word Map covering the hearings thus far, Rudolph's name would come up about a billion times. It would dwarf all other names including Trumps! That's remarkable given the fact that Rudolph is not a scheduled witness. If they are going to use the man's name that much, then they should at least do what you suggest and fashion a Congressional Subpoena with his name on it.
Rudy sure got quiet all of a sudden. Ruuudyyy! Where are you Rudy? Come on out and let's talk, Rudy. This is smelling more and more like some kind of deep-syndicate mafia style game plan. Hope he doesn't commit suicide.

They did subpoena him in October. But of course he has already testified in public that he acted at the Presidents direction.
