It’s been a hell of a start to 2020 so far for President Trump. To name a few; Acquitted in the Impeachment Trial, the shambles of the Iowa caucus, the Coronavirus forcing China to half tariffs on American goods causing the stock market to increase whilst severely weakening China in the trade war, Pelosi losing the plot and ripping up the SOTU sheets. Every single one of these events have favoured Trump in a big way so it begs the question; Is Trump the luckiest president in history? Or is Trump just bossing it?
Just luck - pure luck. Or Trump is just way smarter than his Washington hothouse opposition. Or maybe Trump has the mandate of heaven.
Someone, where is smiling down on Trump. He has got to be the luckiest guy in the world, but some would say you make your own luck. Whether you like him or not he seems to achieve the impossible, on many occasions.
Lucky? Not so sure, but it is like he is playing a football game and the opposition opens up the game with a kick out of bounds, then two defenders run in to each other leaving Trump's receiver wide open, then they jump offsides on nearly every play, fumble the ball 9 times, and pee their pants in front of the nation. Yeah, maybe luck is in there somewhere, or maybe his competition is just not up to play the game.
He gets investigated by the swamp before he is even the nominee. Has a counter-intelligence investigation started before he is even elected. Has a special counsel appointed within weeks of his taking office. goes through 2 years of an investigation into nothing that went nowhere. Then is impeached in a sham impeachment. And that is lucky?

That would be Bill Clinton who was actually guilty of a definite offence yet still got off scot free from impeachment. Or possibly JFK who was able to cover up his affairs?
