There might be a better forum for it on here, maybe off-topic chat, but maybe it's close enough. Speaking of working out, don't skip warmups in weightlifting. Apparently, it helps with both injury prevention and performance. I always tried to avoid warming up when young, but it seems to be more important now and probably would have been helpful, if less essential, back then. Powerlifters do a crazy number of warmup sets for heavy compound lifts. I'm more interested in hypertrophy, and had been warming up a little just for the first major lift, but maybe I need to add one or two warmup sets to each accessory lift as well. I seem prone to tendonitis now.
