    I have read these sources, I have read them before so very little is news to me. Also no where does it mention they left in search of gold. In fact it states that they refuse to say why the had to move away and merely point to the idea that they were unwelcome. I also found no reference to a male only party leaving Israel. Although this discussion has now become lost I am sure there was a point and if you care to pick up where we were then that's cool.

    I think you were inferring that they were on friendly terms with the Assyrains, a most strange observation indeed. Where as I was relaying the logical reason being an exodus. This exodus was to facilitate trade, according to the Lemba, due to their society being broken by invading armies and not in search of gold.

    Also the Samaritans are said to be Assyrians or Assyrian captives from all over Asia and not Israelites.

    Sargon 2 said that he settled 4 ARAB Tribes in Samaria circa 700 BC.. He names the tribes.

    Because the Jews were never dominant in the land.. There were Greeks and Egyptians, Scythians, Arabs, Gentiles and Goyim.

    Galilee was called Galilee of the Gentiles.

    Other human beings have rights too.

    Quite right yet these gentiles you mentioned like the greeks and assyrians are not given the rights of the land because of their pagan ways and beliefs. If we are to let all kinds of individuals with no laws or morals into the holy land then what of the righteous ones, where do they live? Why can't the pagans be educated in their own lands, you know like a chain of command?

    I have been to the Holy Lands three times for two weeks each time before the 1967 war... with my Sunday school class. It was quite nice... and it was full of Christians and Muslims who lived and worked together.

    They weren't pagans..

    Indeed, I know a pagan, I used to be one. I'm not an Israelite either so unless they invite me one day as a disciple I'll be staying here although I have been invited, albeit over the net :)

    I warned you about the 'Zinger'... Do not blame her... it is in the blood...
    We used a woman cleaner in our home... I remember I was a kid then, her name was 'Fatma'... she was unwashed, disheveled, dirty etc... My mother and my aunt went with her in the bathroom, washed her, deloused her, gave her several brand new outfits, new shoes, new black overdress a brand new hijab etc... Fatma stayed three years with us, then she left...she got married and probably still curses us in her heart. We never heard of her.

    Some are the descendents of the seventh century invaders... other Arabs are from Mesopotamia, Assyria and Egypt.
