I watched this very interesting show on Discovery+ It's Nazi Secret Files S1E6. It takes you though Hitler's partnership with this guy, Amin al-Husseini and how he and Otto Skorzeny basically turned the religion of Islam into an extension of the Holocaust that continues the Nazi's goal of elimination of the Jews. Skorzeny literally wrote the book on terrorism and went to Egypt to train Arabs on gorilla warfare. Interesting stuff and I'm curious why I haven't heard anyone talking about it with all the stuff going on now with Hamas.
No question when it comes to persecuting certain groups, Nazis and Muslims have much in common. But much like Nazis and Communists, the alliance will eventually splinter as one decides to make a break for world domination, and in that sphere, there is no room for the other.

I don't think the Nazis treated their women much worse than anyone else at the time. They were certainly used as baby machines but also were allowed jobs and many other things that muslim women are prohibited from.

Not really. It is a religion, but like all religions some misuse it much the same way as some Christians misuse Christianity with "Christian nationalism."
The United States historically has persecuted certain groups under the government. Does that mean we too were "Nazis?" The issue with Islam is based on certain people who misuse the hadiths. Generally, Islam is really no different than any other religion on this earth. Remember, Hitler also used Christianity to his advantage, especially with Catholics and Lutherans.

Can you please cite the time when the US sponsored Christians to go murder all "your group here"? Yes, Islam is much different in that they celebrate killing and raping people and think that it gets them into heaven to be with their 47 virgin boys. You might could have pointed to something a few centuries ago but even that wasn't sate sponsored genocide. And it's not relevant because we arent' living a few of centuries ago.
Native Americans ring a bell? We had "Christians" set up schools in or near reservations and sponsored by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. These Christian schools forced Native American children to be baptized in the name of Christianity, forced them to get "Angelized" names, pretty much forbade their religion and language, etc. Also remember, that during the Civil War, both sides used Christianity to support their cause and both sides thought their cause was "right." We also had the Kansas Jayhawkers and the Missouri Quantrill Raiders who did horrible things, especially those who were "redlegs." So, yeah we did it to. But let's not mention the Guns, Gold, and Glory aspect of the Spanish Conquistadors who also enslaved Native Americans and forced them into Christianity and slavery, especially if there was a silver mine or gold mine involved. Finally, we had the 30 Years War where each side said the other side were heretics and were burned to death for heresy if caught. Pretty much the US and every Christian nation has done this. But for Islam, this is more about the hadith, not the Quoran, in which we have had certain Inmans make those statements much in the same way we have had certain Christian pastors who have done the same. Westboro Baptist Church comes to mind. another church in NYC put on its sign that we are instructed by God to kill all Gays. Pastor Gregory Locke is another example. And there are a few others. Like Christianity, Islam does not have one national leader. It is divided into two main sects: Shia and Sunni. Specific inmates have called for it, but not the religion as a whole. In Surah 4, Christians and Jews are to be "brothers of the book" Islam teaches that Jesus Christ and Moses were great prophets but got it wrong on what God's intention is. Allah is the Arabic word for "God" much like Yahweh is in the Jewish vernacular.
What they did with the Indian schools were very bad. No one called for genocide though, at least not at the federal or state level. War is not state sponsored genocide. Even the Nazis didn't go to war with the Jews. They simply rounded them up and killed them. The Spanish was 400 years ago, and they also didn't sponsor genocide. If you have to go back that far, then you have no argument. While the Westboro Baptist Church is aweful, I don't remember them sponsored by any government nor do I remember them committing genocide. Do you have a link for that? Saying and doing is not the same thing. If you can't even be honest with yourself, then no one can help you. Hamas, and the Palestinians to a great degree, want the destruction of all Jews and Hamas is the official government of Gaza. But you are correct in that the Palestinians, and Arabs in general, got along pretty well with the Jews until Hitler. And they are still at it.
