isn't it law made for justice, not justice for law?

what happen now at our court is, the judge uses justice for some legal interest, not to enforce law itself. the right one is we have to put justice above all intersts. not use justice to predate individual interest or groups in the court. usually if we focus on political interest in the court. there will be "a motive for money". and if money rules the law there will not be a justice. so it latest called " a judicial mafia ". have you ever heard it? judicial mafia is like a disease. money takes very important role to win the case. not to win the justice itself. so what's happening with our world? is it too deeply we close to danger? maybe you can answer me.. thanks

The last thing anyone wants is justice.

Laws, on the other hand, give structure, dependability, stability, and, hopefully a dispassionate system where Ted Kennedy doesn't get off while Harold Schwindt gets 20 years.
