This is truly awesome news!!!! Israel ready to build Red Sea-Dead Sea project with Jordan If any of you think that hammering away on the keyboard is a total waste of your time...... think again and try to tell that to a Mr. Sigmund Ivarsson who has been writing about this basic idea for years......... and now finally it happens! Personally, I consider this to be a significant step toward genuine peace and much more cooperation between Israel and Jordan and even with the P. A.

I began the following discussion on April 27, 2016 but Sigmund has been hammering the keyboard on this topic for many years before I ran into his idea.
I don't know what it could hurt. It takes a certain kind of tourist to want to see the Dead Sea, and that is a very limited number. And nothing except extreme forms of life, if any, is ever going to live there anyway. It's what mankind does best: mess and mess and mess with Ma'ama Gaia, but it's probably no worse than electricity and concrete, and maybe less toxic.
