The UNGA vote is meaningless. The UNGA could vote that 2 + 2 = 5. Palestine is not a nation and never has been. It does not meet the Montevideo Convention criteria just as Kirdistan (as you have stated previously) does not or the Comanche’s do not although the UNGA could vote to give them the ability to observe the UNGA meetings. You are confusing the criteria for a de facto state (and nation-state) with the meaning of the term "nation".
