Israeli Pharmaceutical Company Donates 6 Million Doses of Chloroquine to US to treat Coronavirus

Weird, isn't it? It frequently seems as if our Mainstream Media consider the Israelis to be bad people, and yet here they are donating life saving medicine to the United States for the treatment of the China Virus. Maybe they aren't so bad after all. Go figure.

Maybe it's time for the Mainstream Media to rethink their definition of . . . friend.

I wasn't going to name specific people, but then again they do ring a bell in regards to implying that the Israelis are bad. What Obama and Biden and Pelosi and et.al. should do before accepting their own private life saving dose is send the Israelis a thank you note.

    Huh?

Where did you ever get the idea that the "Mainstream Media" considered the Israeli's "Bad People"?

Does one equate ANY sort of criticism of Israeli Policy as calling them "Bad People"?

    Wow.:smh:

Israel is a staunch ally of the USA, and the USA should expect nothing less.

I completely reject the premise claiming that the "Mainstream Media" consider Israel "bad people".

Will the BDS crowd boycott this life-saving drug because, you know, it came from Israel? (For those who don't know, they are those who want Americans to boycott Israeli products in an attempt to weaken the country - with Omar and other Democrats cheering them on)

This is great news, I know New York is already administering it to patients with great success. I hope these doses get to patients in dire need before the FDA throws a tantrum and needing tons of time to do clinical trials on a drug that has been in use for 85+ years.

I believe President Trump has already put a gag ball in FDA's mouth regarding the Wuhan virus. They have been quarantined to a degree. Red tape is being cut and good stuff will happen.

Wow, what a turnaround from all the caterwauling from the left over things like Trump moving the US embassy to Jerusalem.

Israel has a fairly high number of cases due to using mobile phones to catch contacts. This should help them to avoid too high a death rate particularly if they have ample supply of Chloroquine. China both used Chloroquine and mobile phones in this way - along of course with forced isolation but these are two of the ways which separated China from the West and is believed lowered the number of fatalities there and some other places like North Korea.

Palestine, those people whose country Israel took away from them, who she is occupying and who she has held as prisoner for 74/55 years has a very low, slowly growing number of cases. They, unlike Israel will have a far greater number of undetected cases. As their occupier Israel ought to be looking after them - providing them with Chloroquine and any other methods which may help which they would want. I had noticed this a few days ago and thought that Israel would give no help to the Palestinians who will not be able to help themselves. This may lead to a massive amount of deaths of these people kept prisoner - the people of Gaza of course worse affected being kept in siege for so long and their land according to the UN having been made uninhabitable due to the constant destruction of it and their resources by Israel. Israel will want as many dead Palestinians as possible from the virus. The US has absolutely the same mindset as Israel to the Palestinians. The only good Palestinian to the United States is a dead one. The US was happy to see Israel murder Palestinians men women and children, the press which reported this and the medics which tried to save lives because they did what they had every democratic right to do and protested that Israel would not allow them back to land she forcefully expelled them or their parents from, land which they have every right to return to.

Of course Israel would want people with her own mentality to survive.

The UN is thinking about charging the US with crimes against humanity for it's sanctions against Iran and Venezuela to begin with and a potential genocide from continuing them and extending them during this pandemic. US and Israel two of a kind. Inhumanity on steroids.

    Two questions for you:

    1) What is that symbol by your name?
    2) Are you an American?

    Just curious.

Meanwhile the MSM is complaining that Trump is giving people false hope and instead of reporting honestly on the actual research on (hydroxy)chloroquine and azithromycin they report on some overdose (if you take 30 tablets you can die) problems in Africa. These people are disgusting. Off topic I watched the movie Richard Jewell last night - the dishonest press and dishonest FBI agents in that case are an exact parallel to what is happening today.

I enquired about getting a prescription from my doctor at Kaiser but they would not prescribe it.

It's almost impossible to know what information is legitimate or fake news produced for either political reasons or as simple hysteria generating click bait. It was less pervasive during the Jewell event but one could see the progressive deterioration from people and organizations that we were supposed to trust.

Along those lines, the wife and I got tired of guessing at the CoronaVirus mortality rate and did some numbers crunching. We discovered that depending on the medical facilities of the host nation the mortality rate varies from a low of about three percent to a high of about seven percent. Waaaaaaay different from what we have been told. Of course the variables are testing numbers and the ages of those people infected. The real mortality rate is possibly as low as two percent.

Thanks. From some website I divided the number of deaths in South Korea by the cases and got closer to 1%. I had read that the rate was ~0.7%. As testing increases the rate will go down because there are many who are infected but not identified.

Since most cases are asymptomatic or mild symptoms, those cases will never be tested and counted, so it's assuming that 5x the number tested is not tested, the percentage is less than 1%.
