The Iranian missile attack is a non-story. But Trump managed to milk the MSM for a big press conference. Looks like Trump is taking the off-ramp offering, at least pending any Iranian IED's planted in the off-ramp.

Its not the end of the Iran saga by any means, but make no mistake, Trump stared them down in the face of increasingly bold defiance, and they blinked....in a BIG way. The ramifications of this incident are enormous. It shows that Iran TRULY feared his next move, and that they are perhaps more rational than thought in that they are concerned with their own self preservation rather than a mindless adherence to religious fanaticism. Undoubtedly this is not the last problem that we see from Iran, but it is clear that the boundaries to which they are bold enough to cross have just gotten a LOT smaller. Domestically, if Iran remains mostly quiet and does not kill any Americans between now and the election, any outside chance that Democrats had of winning the election are completely out the window. Democrats will try to spin it as if Trumps actions are erratic and not well planned, when in reality he has long spoke of the need for unpredictability and keeping ones foes off balance. This showdown is a perfect example of the wisdom in that mindset. Unlike any recent President, he has them actually wondering if he was willing to bomb their critical military facilities into oblivion. In truth, he has me wondering the same thing. I think he meant it, but it looks like we will never know for sure; which is a good thing. Walk softly, but carry a big stick. BONUS....We can rest assured that Kim Jong Un watched this very carefully. There seems to be a sort of polarized rejection of anything Trump accomplishes to the left. Credit Trump: Always fake news. Attack Trump: Always real news. Amazing.
He's embarrassed the left, anyway. After the mockery and arrogance so frequently spread and enjoyed by the left during the campaign, to actually have the balls to win- that's got to hurt like hemorrhoids on fire. Now the guy has the balls to revitalize the economy and has just used his strategic skills to out-fox the Iranians, changing the nature of the game with terrorism. Even as this is coming down, nimrods on the MSM are accusing him of attacking our ally- and telling the viewers that Iran was actually our ally.... despite their support for and exportation of terrorism worldwide, and the endless chant of "death to America". Such people should be embarrassed to be called people. Walking asshats would be more appropriate.
Oh please. Obama walked from his redline, that's an embarrassment, that weakened us more than anything Trump has done. Did you forget Libya? It was a stable country, until Obama and pals turned it into a violence wracked terrorist haven. Did you forget ISIS? The simple answer is that they can't deal with reality. Rejection of reality is baked in to everything they believe and advocate.
