There were many questions raised by the leaders in UN General Assembly and one of them was capital punishment in a speech of Italian PM Matteo Renzi. He noted that Italy was the first country to abolish death penalty and the country will always argue for it everywhere in the world as it contradicts of Human rights conception. However, forcing can`t be applied as it also doesn`t correspond International law. Should it be a necessary evil where countries prohibited execution will make others to implement the prohibition as well? Or should they let countries do their business and kill people?
