    Hey guys and girls.
    Here is my Friday afternoon advice;

If you include the expressions (either) '*******' or 'wing-nut' in your politically-flavored posting, you have effectively destroyed your credibility right off the bat, and you (at that point anyway) are simply preaching to the choir of partisan-political haters who also happen to think exactly the way you do, and who hate exactly the way you do.

And you have immediately lost over 60% of your potential audience.

IF, however, you post the news bit, op-ed, web-link or original bit of politically-flavored writing to facebook or a web forum,
    and
you explain in common sense English why you admire (or dislike) the policy, policy change, law, amendment, politician, action, news flash, or nomination in question, THEN YOU HAVE A REALLY GOOD SHOT AT MAKING YOUR VOICE HEARD.

If you preface the piece by insulting the other idiots from the hated 'other side', then you really haven't exactly accomplished anything, now have you?

    Examples:
"Wow, here is the latest Foxnews web-link to something or the other that Obama did today. I sure do hate the *******s who voted him into office, twice!! LOL, etc!"
    *boom*
You lost over half your potential audience.

    or,

"Wow, here is the latest MSNBC web-link regarding something that John Boehner did today. I sure do hate the wing-nuts who support HIS racist views!! LOL, etc!"
    *pow*
You lost over half your potential audiences.

Now, try this on for size:

"Hey, I am going to post this news bit for you, and I really wish to explain to you why I think that Obama is a dishonest, no-talent, incompetent, pandering CROOK as regards this news story. Hear me out, because I have some interesting things to say on this matter."
    *bingo*
    You have piqued somebody's interest.

    or,

""Hey, I am going to post this news bit for you, and I really wish to explain to you why I think that John Boehner is a dishonest, inebriated, no-talent, drunk, feckless, compromising CROOK as regards this news story. Hear me out, because I have some interesting things to say on this matter."
    *shazam*
You are going to get somebody to listen to you.

    Just think about it.
You don't have to respond immediately.
    Just think about it.
