I can't stand Trump, but this isn't one I really hold against him. Mostly because I don't think anyone actually believes he ever read a book in his adult life. There's a reason why his own presidential memoir is a picture book.

In reality, we don't know that he actually read the book. The fact that it was there, beside the bed, tells me all I need to know. There are tons of poser readers - people who buy and display what they would consider fashionable to have/read. Trump strikes me as one of those people. And his decision to have a book of Hitler quotes speaks volumes. At least to me.
