Another instance where the Warren Commission willfully ignored a first-hand witness's testimony. Why??? Answer: C-O-V-E-R-U-P
Another Warren Commission "What they had decided about my testimony"... It's all through that whitewash. And Ruby at Parkland. That guy was all over the place huh...
Seth Cantor is the man's name. He was a reporter. He testified at the mock trial of Lee Harvey Oswald. Oswald was found guilty by the mock jury. I'm sure not all the evidence was presented that could have exonerated Oswald.
Except he admits that his testimony was included in the WC. Therefore he was not ignored and therefore your evidence of a coverup evaporates into nothing. As usual
Odd the Warren Commission would not let Jack Ruby testify, seeing as how he is one of the central players in this plot. Just one more example how the WC consciously and maliciously censored and omitted any testimony or facts at all that would exculpate Lee Harvey Oswald.
They did let him testify. He has testimony recorded in the WC report . So much for more of your falsehoods. You cannot cite one omission or lie
Ruby requested to be taken to Washington DC and Ford refused. Ruby stated that he didn't feel it was safe to talk in his Texas jail cell. He died soon after
Yes and they came to him and he testified which is documented and recorded in the Warren Commission report. He did talk in his texas jail cell and never once alluded to a conspiracy he was in fact adamant about acting alone
He absolutely requested to be removed from Dallas in order to "tell the whole story" https://books.google.com/books?isbn=1429943696
I have that book and he requested to be taken to DC simply because he wanted out of jail. He testified for the WC period. He was adamant about having no accomplices and acted alone.
Facts not opinions. He did testify for the Warren Commission. He was adamant until his death that he acted alone.
The Warren Commission "surprisingly" didn't feel like they needed to hear from the man who shot Oswald. http://dailycaller.com/2014/03/14/why-jack-ruby-was-probably-part-of-the-kennedy-conspiracy/ Perhaps it was his long and convoluted relationship with LBJ and his peculiar relationship as a nexus between the flourishing mob scene in Dallas and law enforcement. He had much to add to the story which is undoubtedly why the Warren Commission would not touch him with a ten foot pole.
The Warren Commission DID hear from Ruby and his testimony is on record in the Warren Commission. This flat out proves you wrong which you would know if you had ever bothered reading the report. Ruby had no relationship of any form with LBJ and he had no connection to the mob
Ring ring....Hello, collect call from a Mr. Jack Ruby for a Mr. Earl Warren: Will you accept the charges? Hello? Hello? Well that's funny. He keeps hanging up! Sorry Mr. Ruby.
Why wouldn't Earl Warren let Jack Ruby testify? It's a rhetorical question with an obvious answer. Apparently Warren and his cabal of whitewashing stooges wanted a lot of cover and useless verbiage for this report but not vital first person testimony from a key figure in the whole plot to overthrow our government. I wonder why not?
Ruby maintained all through his last days that he was a victim of powerful forces that would never let the truth get out. He died while waiting for the Warren Commission to call him to Washington DC to tell his story and the white wash gang simply acted like he didn't exist. Talk about no stone unturned.
This is simply false. Ruby never maintained any such thing. His every statement until he died reflected that there was no conspiracy and he acted alone. There was no such gang and he did testify for the Warren Commission which you would know had you bothered to read the report. http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/russ/testimony/ruby_j1.htm
