He's talking about banning laser guns from Star Wars as well as guns that hold 100 rounds in the chamber. Those weapons don't exist Joe.

As to Star Trek lasers, what point in the speech were those mentioned? A quick search shows lasers appears zero times in it.

the best part is he was reading off the teleprompter so whoever wrote the speech didn’t know either. The entire crowd cheered when he said it as well. I don’t think any of them know the first thing about firearms. I think that explains why democrats are responsible for most gun homicides.
