If he is willing to come if a second subpoena is given him, send him a second subpoena and everyone gets what they want. Of course if someone really wants to stretch this out and waste time, money, and keep the chaos going it would be very easy to do by refusing a second subpoena.

I believe that arrest was to be scheduled the day after Holder was arrested. The DOJ has a funny way of deciding who is and isn't arrested.
